Great Customer Service
While wearing my Zeus ring, the inner band broke and came through the silicone. I made contact with customer service, and they got it taken care of and a new ring my way in no time at all.

I bought my husband a ring here years ago. He is a mechanic and breaks his ring about once a year. I have never had an issue with their lifetime replacement policy. It is always fast. I receive a 45$ CREDIT every time with no issue. Their customer service really is the easiest I have ever had to deal with.

Great Company to work with
I had a few issues trying to buy 2 new rings. First my order was lost in transit (not Groove's fault), then my replacement order was incorrect (1 ring not 2), and then I needed a different size. Each time I contacted Groove they made it right. Even sizing. I appreciate doing business with Groove as they went out of their way to be sure I was 100% satisfied. THANKS!
