Company is a waste of time. Dont buy from them just because there cheaper than others. I ordered some boots and they didn't fit so asked if I could return for another size. They advised me I would have to pay extra shipping fee even if the new pair wouldn't fit. Hardly seemed fair but willing to do so as I wanted them I asked them to provide me with the invoice. They then completed blanked my emails and never responded. I'm now £50 with a pair of boots that don't fit me.

Mi experiencia ha sido positiva. Las botas se han enviado en un tiempo muy aceptable teniendo en cuenta los días festivos que había. El producto es como en las fotos. Buena calidad. Es cierto que dan un poco más de talla. He pedido un 41 y me quedan un pelín más grandes de lo que debería ser la talla. Yo diría que 41,5 son pero no me supone un problema ya que son muy cómodas y se ajustan bien al pie. Estoy encantado con ellas.

Por cierto, escribí al soporte y me contestaron en 1 día, no he visto problema por este lado tampoco

Terrible product and terrible customer service. Advertised 2day delivery but it takes weeks as it comes from china. The item I received was a cheap knockoff and many sizes too small. Avoid this seller

Within 2 days one of the lace loops broke. Barely even pulled the laces tight.

To their credit they responded and are sending a replacement pair!

After months in shipping and the tracking saying they were being processed by evri for weeks I've received no more updates. Customer service have ignored me. Yeah, it's a scam site.

Ordered based on their website’s advise but shoes wat too big. They never replaced my shoes for the right size and dont answer to my emails anymore. Big Scam!

Like all the comments written from October this year, it's a SCAM. I wish I had read Trust Pilot before. Didn't get me order though it shows received, no answer to emails from even before the order showed delivered. Can't believe this, lost almost 100 euros!!! I'm so angry. Website should be shut down!!

When ordering website showed that shipping will be 1-2 business days, however in reality, after more than a week, based on tracking information the package is still in China. Wrote Email to them last Thursday, but didn't get any response.

Etter å ha sendt bilder og bedt om refusjon, gir de meg bare to alternativer. eller returner 35 % av prisen betalt, eller returner dem til Kina og jeg betaler fraktkostnadene, som de forteller meg er det samme kost som å returnere 35 %. Veldig skuffet over produktet og tjenesten. Jeg anbefaler det ikke i det hele tatt.

how i wish i had read the reviews before buying these shoes. My usual size 6.5 is too small. i have been trying to arrange a return and replacement for weeks. They are saying i need to pay the carriage costs, but then silence no matter how many times i try to contact them. my best advice to you is to AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. i doubt i will get anywhere with this and have lost over £60. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The shoes are of good quality at a reasonable price. However, the delivery time did not meet the initial promise made when the order was placed.

Ordered shoes July month , now is end of September still didn`t got it. They are sending some scetchy tracking links. Scam

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes only 2 weeks ago. Both arrived, too small and very cheaply made. Asked for a full refund as its within the 30 day refund period. After MANY emails they have offered to give me 35% refund of total purchase price as they are NOT a UK company but based in China, even though they state they are UK. Customer service was terrible. Quality of shoes very poor. Do not buy from them!
