My wife bought me a pair of these in December 2025. I wore them to Russia in Jan 2026 thinking I could throw them away and buy a sturdy pair on arrival. I wore the Gronanda all over Siberia, Vladivostok and Irkutsk...where it was <40C and never felt cold, which bemused us both. They have been fabulous...and now back in Spain...in March 2026 they still show no signs of wear.,

I ordered 2 pairs of these shoes in the same size. I was sent 1 pair a size larger than ordered and the 2nd pair was 2 sizes larger than ordered.
I requested the correct sizes be sent; after several emails with pics clearly showing 2 totally different sizes they finally agreed to resend my order.
After weeks of shipping times I received the Exact same INCORRECT order & now they again want pics. This company is a waste of time and money

Stay away from this company! Shipped from china, the size chart is wayyyy off! They then only want to offer you a 35% refund and you keep trainers you can't wear or you can get an "easy exchange" where guess what... You have to pay shipping charges! You have to fight and fight for months to get them to agree to a full refund - in which you have to pay for tracked shipping at £32!!! Complete rip off! Please don't fall for this scam!

I would give no stars but that didn't appear to be an option.

I want to return a pair of shoes. I have sent 7 emails. I need the addres to which I can send it. No response.

Ridiculous.

I will never buy from them again and suggest you never do.

There is ZERO customer service. The order recap said the wrong size yet I emailed 6 times with no response. Now days later I get an automated email that the order has shipped.

Chinese company, overseas management and simply scamming people. REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!

This company is just a scam. There's no customer service it's just a stupid automated response no matter what you say. The quality is very low even at this price point. There's nothing good to say about them

Worst purchase ever. They advertised them as water-resistant, but after only six or seven uses, water was getting in from everywhere; the lace loop also started to come apart. I got in touch to talk about this and ask for a solution, and they told me there was nothing they could do because I had already used them :( I have photos that prove the condition of the boots, but they simply chose to ignore me.

Shoes are cheap and perforated on the bottom so wore in the rain and my feet were soaking wet. Basically cheap water shoes sold as barefoot shoes. Would not buy ever.

After some time of being bombarded with advertising on my social media, I eventually purchased a pair of high top barefoot boots believing them to be waterproof and of a reasonable quality.
They were neither.
The tongue is attached at only one point inside so any water that enters the boot from above goes straight in.
After only two uses one of the loops holding the elastic closures pulled out of the upper, rendering the boot unusable.
I was even more disappointed with the customer service which while friendly enough in tone was tardy in its replies and offered nothing more than a discounted second pair.
I insisted that I wanted a full refund but was told I would have to return the boots TO CHINA at my own expense where they would be assessed as to whether a refund can be paid.
I have been fobbed off by this company and am extremely disappointed and angry at the way I have been treated.
Be advised that the products are not of good quality and the service is abysmal.

Overall happy. Both the product and their services are very good. I had to swap the pair I ordered because they were too small They made no fuss at all. I only had to pay for shipping and didn’t need to send back the pair that was too small

I never received my order. Customer service useless. Asked for a refund but no response. Disputing with my credit card company.

It's just a basic shoe, doesn't provide the comfort it claims, and certainly will ache your feet after walking 500 metres because of barefootness(minus the comfort). So, it wasn't worth 63 euros I paid. And they are not refunding the money either.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from this company, and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. The shoes arrived not only with an improper fit, but the shoe-string tightening mechanism broke the moment I tried them on. I immediately reached out to the merchant, especially since their website prominently advertises an “Easy Size Swaps” policy.

I emailed them on 12/09/2025, sent a follow-up on 12/10/2025, and even filled out their online form requesting an exchange for a smaller size. That’s three attempts to contact them—yet all I’ve received are generic, automated responses that repeat the same message without giving any actual instructions or help.

After seeing no progress, I decided to research the company further. According to multiple reviews on TrustPilot, my experience is far from unique. Many customers report the same issues: poor communication, no real resolution, and the company offering only partial refunds while telling customers to keep the defective product. Others mention that the products are low quality, the sizing chart is inaccurate, and returns are intentionally made difficult by requiring items to be shipped back to China at the customer’s expense.

All I want is a full refund for a product that arrived defective and incorrectly sized. Their so-called “Easy Size Swaps” policy is anything but easy. In reality, it has been a complete nightmare. I would strongly caution others to avoid this company—both the quality of the product and the quality of their customer service are severely lacking.

I have bought them as waterproof shoes, however, while received, I realized that the tongue of the boot is not waterproof/sealed — it's only sewn at the base, so any rainwater that falls on top of the boot will immediately flow straight inside the boot. They also should be bought 1,5 size bigger than your normal. Like I always wear snickers and tracking boots of the size 40, with my normal size 38,5. However with Groenanda I need 41 minimum.
Also communication with their support team was a formal disaster.
First of all - they do not have any propper exchange and return system. You have to communicate with them by email every time only to give their marketing team the chance to hold you and try to sell you something.
They answer once in 3 days if you are lucky, they do not read the history of emails, so their ansvers are halftime random and not related to the previous communication. Now, 1,5 weeks after I started the return communication I still do not have any details as of how I can receive the shoes and get my money back.
Definately will not ever buy from them again.

La calidad es pésima. Espero que me devuelvan el dinero. Pero poco plan tienen. Lo que pensé que iban a ser unas botas para andar por el campo son unas fabulosas y carísimas "babuchas" para andar por casa en invierno.

This was the worst experience ever until today with an online purchase. Bought two pairs of shoes that proved to be of really low quality. But this is a risk, pictures don’t match the product afterwards. The issue was that when I wanted to return they tried to move me out of the idea, offering me a 35% return. Since I really couldn’t use the product or wouldn’t give the product to anyone (really poor quality) I decided to push for a full return, and for returning the products. They provided an address with directions to a place in a market. I sent the product back to the same address. I noticed they needed to provide some info to unlock the package from customs (things are going back to China) and they refused to do so saying that I hadn’t send the package to the correct address, when I have proof that I did send the package to the correct address. This was a nightmare and I just lost money and time. Worst experience ever… Do not recommend!!!

I came across an ad and decided to check out what this brand was about. I decided to place an order, but unfortunately, I didn’t check reviews beforehand.

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes on November 3rd, and they arrived on November 13th — so 10 days delivery, and it turned out they were shipped from China.

Two pairs arrived correctly and were the right size. However, from the winter shoes, only one pair arrived, and it was brown instead of black. Instead of the second pair of winter shoes, I received some random size 39 sneakers.

The small bag that was supposed to have their logo came without anything and just a plain bag.

I don’t know how these shoes will perform in terms of comfort or durability, and now I’m not sure what to do with them.

Please, do not be fooled — make sure to check reviews and details very carefully before ordering.

Not sure if this is a scam website or just very poor customer service.
Product ordered on 18 September 2025 never arrived.
Link to proof of delivery was something completely different
Had to report them to Halifax bank
The bank (not Gronanda) refunded my money
Sent me round in circles continually asking for my details which I gave numerous times

DON’T ORDER FROM THEM!!

Purchased shoes for my husband, which were too small. Asked for details several times about how to return them for a refund and were just sent various discounts/pleas to keep the shoes for a partial refund. After insisting the shoes needed to be returned as they don’t fit, some two weeks later I finally got an email saying they’d refund 50% or I’d need to send them to some warehouse in China at my expense. Having no faith I’d ever get my money back and the responses increasingly poor, I agreed to the 50% refund. Was advised that would be processed in 1-2 days. It’s been two weeks and still no money - with a response tonight saying it’s with the “relevant team”. Save your money. Save your strength. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
