The sizing chart on the website is very confusing. I ordered according to their directions, but still ended up with the wrong size. The only reason I went ahead and ordered the shoes was because they said wrong size exchanges were easy. I tried to contact them for over a month to get the right size, they never did fully respond or resolve my issue. Now I'm stuck with shoes I can't wear and I'm outside the return window. This company is totally scamming people. Don't buy anything from this company.

They are running a scam! Don’t buy with them. When the shoes arrived from China, they were of such poor quality that I wanted to return them. However, I written my 7th email, they keep delaying giving me return instructions. I doubt if I get my money back and I am stuck with really bad, crappy shoes.

Hello, I bought the shoes over three months ago, they were not a good fit.
I wished to return them and asked for a refund. They were not helpful in any way.
If anything they were happy to send another pair, at my own cost.
They were not a GOOD fit at all, I didn't want them.
Iam stll waiting for a refund after returning them.

Er ikke til at få penge retur fra, har pt. Ventet i 2 måneder. D. 12/9 skrev de at jeg kunne vente pengene retur om nogle få bankdage, jeg har derefter rykket 2 gange og svaret er hver gang at de kommer snart.

De prøver i øvrigt af al magt at undgå returnering. Skulle have et billede først af skoene. Dernæst ville de sende en anden størrelse.
Så tilbød de 30% i rabat og da jeg stadig ville returnere blev rabat øget til 50%.

Still refusing to refund or send replacement pair foc. Cancellation was within their defined cancellation period as per their T&C's, won't accept return as per their T&C and have offered 35% refund "as alternative" for incorrect sizing info. Avoid

Ordered 2 pair of shoes. Quality was good and I got exactly what I ordered. Delivery time was 17 days.
Price was reasonable.

This are the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They are a complete scam and don't even deserve 1 star but I can't give any less. They sent the wrong size. They wanted to send me more but I had to pay the postage. I refused and requested a refund. They kept sending me generic automated replies over and over saying the same thing. Eventually I looked for a chargeback from the bank which the bank gave me. The company then agreed to a 50% refund because the bank had taken the money back. When I didn't respond immediately they reversed the charge from the bank. I emailed 11 times in 2 weeks about getting my refund. They eventually replied and said I wasn't getting my refund and to take it up with my bank. They are a shower of scam artists. Their products are crap quality and their sizing chart is all wrong resulting in you getting the wrong size. It's the worst customer service and company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with and they just continue to get away with scamming people. Where are the laws to protect the consumer!!!

I’ve been waiting 8 weeks now and no shoes. Keep promising to investigate. Asked for refund but keep getting fobbed off. Don’t touch this company with a barge pole. Referring to trading standards

Took 6 weeks to deliver. Sizing was not as described on website (used their measurements). Quality was terrible and tried getting a refund. Best I could do was refund 30% of order and keep the terrible shoes that are only fit for the bin.

Warning. Do not shop Grönanda. I did not receive my shipment. They reply after a very long time that my address was wrong, but it was not. And they keep telling me stories and excuses for 3 months already. No money back, no shipment received. Seems like a scam.

Bought shoes from them, delivery date was not met, the shoes did not fit properly. Wanted to send them back but the customer service is the worst ever. Send the shoes back and copied the returnadres from the website. The shoes came back to me. Now I have shoes I can’t ware, paid a lot of money for and no one to complain to. My advice: don’t buy shoes from this company. They only want your money.

I would do zero stars but it is not available. I wish to return the items in the 100% guaranteed refund. It turns out, it is not . I have just been told that it would be too expensive to send the items back to a shop above a vegetable market . Or take a 35% refund. U.K. gmail, total scam site

Reasonably priced. They are minimalist, and a great introduction to barefoot shoes. Nice looking, very light in weight and very comfortable.

I ordered my shoes in May and still have not received them and when you contact them all you get is a computer giving you the run around.
Terrible service as the never delivered my shoes and told lies about the postal address being wrong.
46 emails later and only a computer giving you a run around, not a good experience and a loss of my money

SCAM
I cancelled my order within 5min of placing the order. That was 3 months ago. They are still refusing to pay back my money.

Sizes are wrong!! on two different sizes! and they just propose a 35% refund!! shoes are for garbage and i loose my money!! don't order!! it is insane. here is what they answer : "We are really sorry for the inconvenience. As a final offer, we are extending a 35% discount on your original order. If you wish to avail of this offer, kindly inform us."

Requested 45 size, they sent 43. After emails they proposed to send one more pair for free and in couple of months and additional emails they have sent me another 43 size pair instead of 45. Now I have 2 pairs that don't fit me and I'm angry on this service. Avoid mistakes, don't buy Grönanda.
