The staff at the Whitchurch branch are friendly and helpful and as it was my first time selling they explained how the process worked and kept in contact throughout. The viewing process is straight forward and they send property info to everyone on the mailing list and they have email and text service reminders. My house took longer to go through then expected and they helped chase the buyer and solicitors when needed. I would recommend Greenwoods to people considering selling /buying.

If you've had bad experiences with estate agents (I haven't, but I know friends who have) the people at Greenwoods will reverse your opinion. They are down to earth, friendly, responsive to questions, don't give you a load of BS, and offer courteous and thoughtful service and practical help.
As a first-time landlady, they've talked me through every step of letting my property with patience and a positive attitude. Couldn't imagine using anyone else.

We have both bought and sold through Greenwoods, and on both occasions they provided a professional and helpful service to make sure that the transactions went as smoothly as possible.

Greenwoods (mainly Phil) made our selling experience far more stressful than it should have been. They were disorganised and made decisions without consulting us. A conversation with Phil generally resulted in confusion and upset. It was not an easy sale but they did not even get the basics right. We would never use them again.

All the team in both the Whitchurch and Knowle branches of Greenwood’s Property Centre were involved in the business of selling my property and the buying of the new property. They were all friendly and approachable. I have used them before and would do so again.
