I received a parking fine for £100, I have tried to scan an pay, however when I put the PCN number and the car details it kept saying that the details are incorrect, so I had to make a phone call which of course is chargeable. I am sure they doing this on purpose. Horrible absolutely disgusting. It's not enough that I have to pay a day worth of hard labour, now I have to pay for the phone call too. Horrible.

Awful company. I received a PCN, (£60.00) tried to pay it and could not as the system would not allow me. I used the live chat, and the agent of Euro Parking Services told me the fine had been cancelled.
Two weeks later I get a fine for £100.00. Company told me they made an error but refused to downgrade it to £60.00 again.
I made a complaint. They told me to post it. I posted the complaint. They told me they didn't receive it (yeah right). I posted it again with tracking and sent them a picture of it in their post pile. They told me they didn't receive it. I emailed it to them. They told me they didn't receive it.
I reported them to their regulator, the International Parking Community and recommend anyone who has had difficulties to do the same. Magically, after I reported them they acknowledged receipt of my letter(s) and started to respond.
Shortly afterwards, I received the concession to pay the £60 I owed, and the next day I got a further letter asking for £120.00. With much reluctance, they relented when I spoke to the online chat.
It took about 70 emails, three letters, half an hour with that chat bot, all over 5 weeks, to get this sorted.
They put as many obstacles as possible in your way so you lose the will and pay up.
I recommend making a complaint by post at the earliest possibility and reporting them to their regulator if they do not respond. They will simply not respond unless forced.

Terrible company. Issued three parking charges for stops of under 3 minutes each — I never even left the driver's seat.
Appealed through the proper channels and accepted the outcome. Then tried to pay the discounted rate of £60 per charge, which I'm entitled to under the IPC Code of Practice after going through the appeals process. Their website only shows £100. I've emailed three times asking them to correct this so I can actually pay. Each time I've received the exact same copy-paste response that doesn't address the question at all — just tells me my appeal was declined and to pay up.
I am literally trying to give them money at the correct rate and they won't engage. No phone number on their website either, so email is the only option — and nobody is reading them.
If you've been charged by this company, know your rights under the IPC Code of Practice. And screenshot everything.
I will be escalating this matter to the IPC, Trading Standards, and any other relevant body until it is resolved.

"UPDATE: EPS responded to this review directing me to their 'live chat bot' for assistance. There is no live chat bot on their website. This sums up the experience perfectly — being pointed to solutions that don't exist."
Shameful company that should be investigated

Euro Parking issued a PCN to me because the landlord of the gym that I use frequently and have done for 18 months decided to install cameras. However the gym did not inform me and therefore I wasn't aware of having to put my details into any machine, having not been required to do so previously. I appealed to Euro Parking and they sent me the attached badly worded response. What they have said in their response is also untrue (as I have been informed by the gym). They state that I have to input my details whenever I use the gym, however the gym informs me that I don't unless I am staying for over 3 hours, and even then I have 3 hours to enter my details to enable me to stay longer, so their response is factually inaccurate, which should result in any PCN's being invalid. Here is their response:-
Thank you for your recent correspondence regarding the above Parking Charge Notice (PCN). After reviewing the details of your appeal and the evidence held on file, we must advise that your appeal has been unsuccessful. There are a number of signs present on the premises which directs the parking premises users to enter their vehicle registration number at the kiosk present on site. However, as your vehicle details were not entered in to the kiosk system. However the kiosk machine was inside of the premises and your vehicle was parked and your vehicle
registration number was not entered in the kiosk at the time of the contravention. We have noted your comments; however, it was observed that your vehicle was parked on the premises without a valid kiosk entry. As no valid entry was made at the kiosk, your vehicle was not authorised to
park on the premises.
Excuse the grammar, that's their idea of an "appeal response", a badly written photocopied letter.

This is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. I picked up a PCN for a breakdown at Capability Green, when I appealed it the PCN appeal was rejected because I was not towed away despite explaining the engine warning light came on and I was checking the manual and calling my mechanic for advise on whether the car was safe to drive. Because I was not collected by a breakdown truck the rejected my appeal despite sending them a copy of the mechanics charge to fix the fault I reported to them in my appeal. Only contact number is a premuim rate call and using the online chat to customer service system I am blocked.
UPDATE
Just requested all the information they have on my case so I can appeal with theias.org only to be told it will take up to 30 days to provide my information requested. With automated systems it should be in my hands in 24 hours minimum.
Reading the appeal rejection letter I dont think anyone has actually looked at my appeal. They rejected purely that I had driven off under my own power. Disgraceful.
UPDATE 1
Sent a FOI request for all the data they have on my PCN as I am going to the independent arbitrator for a case review. Has to be done within 28 Days. Received an email back from this company saying this can take up to 30 Days. This company is not interested in appeals its only interested in getting money from motorists. Again no response from Customer services via the chat link. It has autoblocked me I suggest because it has tracked that I have communicated with them, lost my appeal and the only option is to pay up or be handed over to a debt collecting agency.

Disgraceful company, doesn’t adhere to a set out 10 minute grace period layed out by Gov and the International Parking Community they claim to be part of, corrupt and money grabbing disgusting behaviours, they should be ashamed, and should be held accountable for scare mongering non fault fines with further action , how anyone who works for them sleeps at night is beyond me, tell me how paying with in 10 minutes an paying more due to their mis-representation of their prices does conclude that the fine should be dismissed

I never thought I would write a positive review about a private parking enforcement company. But Chris Tamplin at Euro Parking Services has completely changed my perspective.
Let me explain the situation.
I live on a cobbled, unadopted private road in Halifax. My neighbours and I own the road collectively. For years, non-residents have been parking on our private road and walking 5–10 minutes to their own homes. We have had enough. We wanted to protect our street, our children's safety, and our property rights.
I contacted several parking enforcement companies. The responses were cold, dismissive, and honest in the worst way. One company told me outright that my street was "not commercially viable" – meaning there wasn't enough profit in it for them. They could enforce the law. They chose not to. Because money mattered more than doing the right thing.
Then I contacted Euro Parking Services.
Chris Tamplin, the Business Development Manager, called me personally. He listened. He did not rush me. He did not talk down to me. He asked questions about the street, the neighbours, the children, the nuisance vehicles, the anti-social behaviour. He cared about people, not just profit margins.
He was in a meeting when my enquiry came in. He still responded within hours to say he would get back to me. And he did. He sent a clear, detailed breakdown of costs – no hidden fees, no jargon, no pressure. He explained exactly how the system would work, what the one-off costs were (site audit and signage), and that there is no annual fee, which is more than fair.
But here is what really set Chris apart.
He did not just see us as another contract. He saw a community of families who want to feel safe on their own street. He acknowledged that if some neighbours do not want to participate, it could affect coverage – but he was willing to work with us to find a solution. He sent a draft agreement for us to review. He offered training for residents so everyone understands the system.
No other company did any of this.
Chris Tamplin is the reason I will be recommending Euro Parking Services to every resident on my street and every person I know who needs help protecting their private land.
In a world where most companies see only pound signs, Chris sees people. He is a credit to his company and to the industry.
If you need parking enforcement on private land – especially a complex situation like a terraced street with shared ownership – do not waste your time with the greedy companies. Go to Euro Parking Services. Ask for Chris Tamplin. He will help you.
Thank you, Chris. You have earned our trust and our business.

Very disappointing. I parked for just 16 minutes to make a purchase and forgot to enter my registration number. Despite submitting my receipt as proof that I was a genuine customer, I was still charged £60. This is completely disproportionate for an honest mistake and feels like daylight robbery. Genuine customers deserve better treatment than this. One small oversight should not result in such an excessive penalty.

Took My Son swimming at Bracknell My Son has autism we prepaid the parking also put my badges even though I did not need them when leaving the swimming pool My Son had a little bit of an episode where he needed to sit down and reregulate for 10 minutes. We left the car park as quick as we could not realising we’d overstay by 12 minutes and are now taking me to call for not paying the fine after even giving them all the evidence and explaining the situation about My Son having autism this is a shameful act and I will be giving bad reviews everywhere I go about Euro car parks being non-compassionate towards people with disabled children. I suggest you should contact me before this goes any further.

Avoid Euro Parking Services Ltd. They are running a predatory enforcement operation at Capability Green, Luton. They issued Parking Charge Notice (PCN 3197118) to a motorist whose vehicle was stopped for exactly 1 minute and 49 seconds (7:49:41 to 7:51:30). This is a blatant violation of the spirit of industry grace periods, which are designed to let drivers safely read terms or turn around. Furthermore, their ticketing is incredibly lazy. The "Reason for Issue" is a generic, automated catch-all phrase ("Double yellow lines/Crosshatched bay/Restricted area") rather than stating a single, definitive breach. Any commercial landlord or business park asset manager (like MCR Property Group) looking at hiring this firm should be aware: their aggressive, under-2-minute ticketing practices actively alienate visitors, contractors, and clients, severely damaging the commercial reputation of the sites they control.

My experience with Euro Parking has been extremely concerning. Issuing a parking charge within just 2–3 minutes is not reasonable by any fair standard and strongly suggests a system designed to penalise rather than manage parking responsibly.
There was no meaningful grace period provided, which raises serious questions about compliance with recognised industry codes of practice. Any fair operator would allow sufficient time for a driver to read signage and make an informed decision. This approach feels unjust, excessive, and highly questionable.
What is even more alarming is that after looking into this further, I am now aware that I am not alone. I am actively gathering evidence from other individuals who have experienced similar treatment, including cases where parking notices were issued within an unreasonably short timeframe.
Based on the volume of these experiences, there appears to be a pattern that warrants closer scrutiny. I am currently compiling this evidence and reviewing all aspects of signage, timing, and process. I am fully prepared to escalate this matter through formal legal routes and appropriate regulatory authorities if necessary.
This situation reflects very poorly on Euro Parking’s practices. Unless significant changes are made to ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance, these types of complaints will continue to build and attract further attention.

I am a Danish tourist who drove through Hungary for the first time on 01/04/2026. I received TWO fines (Cases: 36022-101290706 & 36022-101290707) for not having an e-vignette on the M1 motorway.
There were NO signs, NO toll booths, and NO payment facilities at the border entry point at Hegyeshalom. As a foreign tourist, I had absolutely no way of knowing that I needed to buy an e-vignette in advance online.
I submitted a formal appeal which was REJECTED within days, with no real consideration of my circumstances as a tourist unfamiliar with Hungary's invisible toll system.
EPC is charging me over DKK 2,000 for a €15 vignette I didn't know I needed. This system is completely unfair to foreign tourists. I am now contacting the European Consumer Centre Denmark and Hungary for assistance.

I parked at Taylors of Acomb in York planning on buying something but it was closed.
So I was 2 minutes yet I got a 60 pounds fine through the post.
Obviously I will no longer shop there!
I used to spend through the course of a week 50 pounds.
I'll just take my custom else where.
