The communication was great! The prices were very fair! I highly recommend to others

Sam was really helpful in assisting us! He has able to fit us in his busy schedule for same day removals as we needed an urgent same day booking! He also worked out on a great price despitethe urgency! Great customer service, Great communication and Great assistants! Fantastic company and would definitely recommend for others!

Sam is a great guy. He is very reliable and basically gets the job done. He takes care of your belongings when loading onto the van. We would recommend him to family and friends. Sam is very friendly and courteous. He carried out a very professional service.

Sam called to let me know what time he would arrive, I even added some items on the pickup, which he said no problem at all. He also delivered my goods to my new house and put the exactly where I wanted without a fuss. I would definitely recommend him to my friends.

Samuel and his team were professional, careful and efficient. But most of all, they were friendly and put us at ease.

Very knowledge and experienced, skillfull staff. Reliable and punctual. They took great care with the items and helped me organise them efficiently at the destination.

Professional and helpful every time

This is the second occasion I have called upon these guys, and could not recommend enough

From the first contact they have ensured I was kept up to date, working around my diary, making my life so much easier. Nothing too much of a problem

Very professional friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Really friendly, reliable and good value service. Would 10/10 recommend

We appreciate the service Sam and his team rendered. They did very well and we are satisfied. They are courteous and I appreciate Sam's timely communication before and during the move. My wife stated that their service was good as well and she was especially impressed with the way the fridge freezer move was handled. She said the fridge freezer was not handled as careful when it was delivered by the company we bought from.
Maybe the traffic affecting timeliness in arrival was my only minor concern but I appreciate there are some matters we don't have control over. Overall, we are satisfied

Smart Logistics have helped me with countless moving projects over the years and offered smooth, efficient and careful transport of both large pieces of furniture and fragile valuables. It is a great team of kind, conscious and hard working people. Grateful for their services! Will definitely book them again for future moving and transportation projects.

Sam and Luke were very helpful friendly and accommodating. The whole move went smoothly and the price was reasonable too.

Van arrived on time and our removal men were lovely and welcoming. On a few occasions it was touch and go whether we could get everything in the van but our guy played Tetris and managed to get it all on minus a few garden tools that our family can bring when visiting. Overall very professional and completed the job well :) thank you

I was extremely stressed leading up to today, but the moving team were punctual, handled everything with care and were lovely. Very fair and reasonable price as well. Would definitely use these guys again in the future!

I had a great experience with Smart Logistics. They helped me to smoothly move to my new house for a reasonable price. I would definitely use their services again.

Samuel and his team are super friendly and nothing is too much to ask. Such a successful move and took the stress out of the removal for me. Really cost effective and efficient. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you!!

Hi
Is it normal to be asked for a $100 refundable payment on a parcel before they will deliver it ,sounds like a scam to me ,let me know please.
