Ordered Sony Headphones and was so happy i was able to get these for half the price I would have paid in the UK and far less than other retailers online. The customer service was absolutely brilliant and will definitely be using Greentoe in future.

First time user. Bought a Tamron lens for Sony A7III camera. Just registered the lens with Tamron as it was shipped (quickly) by a registered retailer. Tamron verified everything within an hour and I’ve taken a handful of photos as a test. All good. I was a little skeptical but will definitely use Greentoe again in the future

This is the second time I've used Greentoe and I can't say enough about the pricing, service, and ease of use. How Greentoe is not more widely known is beyond me. I just purchased a top-of-the-line camera that is somewhat had to find during the shortage of components throughout the industry. Greentoe identified a retailer willing to meet my price in MINUTES, and if you factor in the taxes I would have paid I saved over $635.00 on a camera that is in high demand. Between my two Greentoe purchases I've saved just shy of $1K- why wouldn't you check Greentoe first- no fees and no obligations.

Jeff was super helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner and reminders me that that also provides a "Name your Price" warranty program too- crazy.

First time using Greentoe and was quite surprised on how easy everything went. I bid on an LG OLED 65" TV and within 15 minutes I received a counter offer for $24 more than I bid. I accepted the counter offer on the weekend so I didn't receive a receipt for the purchase and shipping information until Monday. Shipment was via Fed Express Saver (3 days). TV arrived a day early and was hung on the wall the next day. From bid to installation in less than 7 days while saving over $400 if I would have bought the same TV at the Big Box Stores. Couldn't be happier.

I got the TV I wanted for a great price and could not be happier!

I did have a few questions as I bid on the TV and Greentoe was always very quick to respond.

I put in my PayPal info with my bid with Greentoe but the TV was invoiced by and shipped from a large, well respected electronics chain so I had no issues registering it. Brand new with a full warranty as advertised. I didn't have to resubmit to PayPal, it was all done automatically and smoothly, a very simple process.

My only regret is they don't offer more products!

It's hard for me to believe that the reviews for Greentoe on this website have not been padded by the company. I have been waiting over two months for a dishwasher that was supposed to ship in 4-6 weeks. Now, the retailer says the item is not in stock and there is no ship date. The retailer offered the option of exchanging it for a different dishwasher, but none of the exchanges are comparable. What's more frustrating is that Greentoe's policy prevents me from canceling this order. Instead, they get to keep my money indefinitely. Beware, you CANNOT CANCEL AN ORDER with Greentoe if the retailer does not ship it. You must pick an exchange item, wait for it to be shipped, then pay for it to be returned before Greentoe's thirty-day return policy lapses. Then wait for the retailer to process it, including deducting any restocking fees from your return, and 5-10 business days later you should get what's left of a refund. Don't get stuck like me. Read the fine print before doing business with this middle man. Or better yet, just don't.

I was skeptical when a friend recommended Greentoe but am super glad they did. I was in the market for new TVs but had limited local businesses to shop. Plus I hate dealing with salespeople. I knew what I wanted, put in a bid, and the process was complete in about a week. Thrilled with the products and with Greentoe.

I have used Greentoe several times. They are a good intermediary that helps facilitate buyers and sellers. Good a great price when purchasing a TV. The retailers shipper was a little slower than usual, but the savings were well worth it. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again.

I must confess I was at first a bit dubious about Greentoe. I never heard of them and didn't want to be scammed. Their prices were not ridiculously low but definitely lower than any online store I could find.

So I gave them a try and ordered a large Sony OLED TV. I didn't get two day shipping like an Amazon Prime order but that was OK for me. I got a great price, free shipping, and didn't even pay sales tax. The order arrived as described and communications were clear.

I'll definitely shop with them again.

Reading the poor reviews, those are issues with product outlets, not Greentoe. Sadly, there are bad ones out there. You'd have had the same bad experience without Greentoe being involved.

I ordered a top of the line TV via greentoe and got a great price, and it came in great shape. I think greentoe is great for what they do; admittedly, you are definitely a bit at the whim of whichever vendor that gets assigned to you, and in my case i had a good experience. Personally would be happy to use greentoe again!

Great process from start to finish. Really, really satisfied! Great price and saved over $300. Communications from Greentoe and delivery company was really good too. The TV was double boxed from the selling company, so no damages. I'd definitely use Greentoe again!

I’ve been wanting this Samsung tv for years. I was able to get a great deal before Black Friday that I couldn’t resist. Super fast response and easy process to make payment and receive the product.

JBL Bar 9.1!

I ordered a JBL Bar 9.1, at a great price, for a factory brand new unit. I decided to get the extended warranty, as the price for the soundbar and the warranty, with taxes & shipping was still far less than a "big box" store....or even Amazon.

Hooking it up was a snap, Plud your source (in my case a Roku Ultra) to the HDMI port on the back of the bar and then plug an HRMI cable to the ARC port on the back of my tv to the HDMI ARC port on the soundbar, connect the subwoofer, then power (for the sub and the bar) and that's it.

The sound is incredible and the detachable (truly) wireless rear speakers sound great with Atmos (and most encoded 5.1 or 7.1 titles in Netflix, Prime Video, etc).
