I purchased a Garmin watch 10/16/21. I received a PO # a note that my offer was accepted and is being processed. But there was no information on who the retailer was and no way to track the status of the order. According to the website when I ordered the item should have been here within 7-10 days. There is no way to check the status of the order and no name of the retailer to contact. I've contacted Greenetoe twice about this and over a month later there is still no response. Horrible customer service, no information for following up with an order, no way to cancel the order! Extremely frustrating experience all around. I will never do business with this organization again!
11/26/21 - I am updating my comment and my rating. While I remain unhappy that I never received any response from Greentoe, I did discover that they had sent an email with payment instructions that ended up in a folder I rarely check buried behind a hundred other emails. So I cannot fault them about no product, but there was still no information about who the retailer was or a way to contact them.

I had been looking for a Canon R6 with the F4 lens. I found it on this site and it was the cheapest one with US warranty. The icing on the cake was no tax and free shipping! This alone knocked the overall price down some more. Transactions have been smooth with frequent follow ups by Green Toe staff. It really saved time having to look for another place to buy stuff from when every buck counts.

Ordered a new Nikon Z teleconverter through Greeentoe. The proces was clear and I recieved a new US version with quick shipping and no problems. Really good communication from Greentoe throughout the process. I'm really satisfied and would use it again for future purchases

Learn from my mistake. I tried to save a few dollars and it was not worth it. Refrigerator came damaged and I've been trying for over 8 weeks now to get the unit picked up and my refund processed. They say they are working on it, but nothing has happened after 15+ emails back and forth. Infuriating, expensive and untrustworthy. I plan to report them to the BBB next.

Made an offer on Greentoe in May 2021 and it was accepted. They said it might take 6-8 weeks for delivery because of Covid. Fine, after 4-6 months charging my credit card, they stopped responding to my phone calls or emails. I contacted the merchant directly. Park Avenue Appliances. No response to phone calls or emails. Fortunately I used Amex and was able to dispute the charge on account of no product. I ended up paying more from Home Depot, but at least I got the product. Greentoe is not a reliable retailer and will waste your time and money!!!

I was unsure about using Greentoe, but they were offering an incredible price on a Seiko SRPE67. It was too good to pass up. The watch arrived quickly. I'm very happy with Greentoe and my watch.

My first purchase with Greentoe and i am happy to share that it went quite well. Got good price for the AVR, i was looking for. Excellent support and quick clarification on the support. Would certainly recommend them.

I am excepted offer on an LG range in June 2021. I was told it would ship within week NOT true. This company gives false ship times then find the item. In the meantime, Before I accepted the offer I found the item lower thru their site. I reached out repeatedly. Finally someone responded and said that price would take longer. In the end, shipping took way longer than quoted. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. You cannot talk to a live person. A store in NJ shipped the item, They were horrible! I brought the issue of cord and broiler to their attention. Very rude and unprofessional. A guy told me I got the range at a good price so stop whinning. I wish I could give it back. I get sick just thinking about this transaction. No one told me there was no cord with this $2000 oven. No one informed me I would have to buy a broiler pan. The merchant they paired me with was rude and unhelpful. So is LG. A $2000 DISAPPOINTMENT.

Was looking to buy new high tech TV, but this year electronic prices have been increasing due to the virus and chip shortages. At Greentoe, the TV model I was searching for was available, but I needed to submitted an offer price. I made an offer I thought was fair, then they came back to me with a counter offer which wasn't too much higher, so I accepted. The deal was pretty good, no shipping cost and it arrived quickly.

I used Greentoe to purchase a washer/dryer set and ended saving about 10%.There was a little bit of hassle, but definitely worth the savings. I will use Greentoe again.

Ordered a Samsung oven/microwave combo. they sent order to Goedekers a retailer. We waited 8 months and never received the item. They tried repeatedly to sell us another item with less features for thousands more Money. Samsung told us they NEVER ordered the product from them. We wasted 8 months, they had our money for 8 months. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

Everything went exactly as described and we were very pleased with our purchase and the entire process

I was a little reluctant to use Greentoe and especially Cardinal Camera after all the bad things I saw online from people with terrible experiences. But I have to say, I couldn’t be any happier. I purchased a sigma lens for about $300 off regular price, the office was accepted maybe after a week of placing it. The order was processed and shipped within 2 days and I received the lens maybe 4 days later. It was packaged well with a receipt of purchase from the retailer. I’m not sure about the other experiences I read about online but my case was no where near the same.

Very pleased with the Greentoe experience. I received prompt communications from the seller, and the product is great. The only glitch was a slight delay in delivery by my local Post Office, but that was no fault of Greentoe’s. I will use again.

I was a bit skeptical of the offer system at Greentoe but I've used it twice now and both times worked quite well. Communication was excellent throughout the process and I managed to save a bit of money on some big purchases.

I ordered a Blackmagic pocket 6K and a sigma 18-35mm lens and managed to save $ 380

This was my second time purchasing through GreenToe and it was still just as good as my first. I got an amazing deal with the product. Always amazing customer support and great deals.

Placed a bid with Greentoe for a kitchen exhaust hood.

I accepted a bid for $741 and Greentoe emailed me saying it would take 2-3 weeks to ship and I could go with another one for $865 that would ship immediately. I went with the higher price because I needed it ASAP.

Once I completed the bid, they charged my credit card and sent me an order number for third party company, but my order sat in “pending shipment”. Apparently they created an account at the other company for me so I couldn’t login in myself.

Once I was able to get ahold of the supplier’s CS team I found out that it’s actually 3-6 weeks for shipping and they don’t know where Greentoe got that it would ship immediately.

It’s pretty clear that Greentoe is a middle man running a bait and switch scheme to maximize their profits and pass the burden off to the retailers.

Had I gone with the cheaper one instead of listening to Greentoe “advice” I wouldn’t be scrambling now to find a vent hood to finish my kitchen.
