I ordered Samsung washer. They processed my PayPal payment. I waited close a month with no updates. It kept showing processing. I got an email from PayPal for refund notification. Strangely, Grentoe site showed shipped. I contacted CS, who informed me that the order was cancelled and to send them screenshot order showing shipped. I did exactly that. Still no response! It feels like scam. This should be illegal! They earn interest in your payments.

I must admit that I was skeptical about this site but decided to take a chance. I am happy that I did. I saved over 85 dollars on my purchase. I talked with customer service a couple of times and always had a pleasant experience. Shipping was fast ond the tracking number kept me informed of the delivery date. Delivery was right on time. Item was exactly what I ordered. I will certainly consider this site for future purchases. Thank you Greentoe for an excellent experience.

Crooks run this business. They will first accept your offer and charge you. Then they will come and say we could not match your price. Their customer support is horrible. Good luck getting a response back immediately. Someone is running this business from their garage or basement. Stay away and most of the positive reviews are from their own advocated users

FRAUD. I ORDERED A WALL OVEN ALMOST THREE MONTH AGO. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED IN 6 WEEKS. NOBODY EMAIL OR CALLED. AFTER 8TH WEEK, I EMAILED THE WEBSITE, AND I WAS TOLD THAT I HAVE TO WAIT AT LEAST TWO MORE MONTHS. I ASKED FOR REFUND, AND THEY INSISTED TO REFUND MY MONEY TO THE ACCOUNT THAT I HAD ALREADY CLOSED COUPLE MONTH AGO. THEY CHARGE FAST, BUT NEVER EXPECT TO RECEIVE THE ITEM OR REFUND. WORST

I was leery to use them because it seemed too good to be true. But enough people online had good experiences. I'm glad I did. I saved $500 on a great TV. The transaction went smooth. Great communication. Shipping went as quickly as freight shipping can go. Highly recommend.

GreenToe is a really cool concept as long as you have reasonable expectations for the pricing (don’t expect to bid 50% off on something that is in demand and then receive it, or be mad that you didn’t).

The customer service is next level, seriously. Jeff was the person that was helping me and he went above and beyond. It was my first time ever using the site, and he literally helped me with all of my questions and concerns.

My order was near Christmas, and I really needed to get an item for my Godson as soon as possible, as the one that I purchased from another site was defective. Jeff got me in contact with the seller (you get their name once they accept your bid) and it seems that GreenToe and Jeff has direct contacts with his partners - something you rarely see in the usual “bidding sites”.

Working in unison, they got everything together for me, and I actually received the item at the price that was acceptable to me, and even one day earlier than expected.

I have the upmost respect for GreenToe and their customer service - as well as their partners (that I will review on another forum as a standalone review because this is more about Jeff and GreenToe). Look forward to purchasing from them many more times in the future.

Greentoe provided the best price on a Samsung QN90B TV by hundreds of dollars. Seriously! The authorized dealer they used was top notch and shipped fast with full Samsung warranty. This was a brand new unopened box Samsung TV. I will use Greentoe again for my purchases.

I generally liked their service so far. This time, my order, a camera lens, that has been accepted on 12/2 was shipped on 12/15 and delivered on 12/21 (perhaps their partner didn't have it in stock when accepted the order). Okay - this has been handled anyway so this is something that I can let go of.

On top of this, they literally sent me a USED LENS (I wanted to attach the picture but it seems that Trustpilot prohibits me from attaching the link, yet there was a scratch/nick on the lens cap). They should NEVER advertise that they are selling a brand-new item when it is not. I knew that the price was so good for a new item, and it was similar to the average price of the used lens of the specific item that I ordered (i.e., fuji xf 70-300). Yet again, they should really, never ever deceive their customers with a false advertisement.

Greentoe did not get my accepted purchase of a dishwasher fulfilled. They partner with Appliance Connection who cancelled the order without any notice via email or phone to me the buyer. Stated they were going to make everything right and I never heard back

As others had mentioned Greentoe accepted the offer. Showed two in stock. Appliance Connection accepted the offer and my CC. Two days later said out of stock and they had canceled the order. Offering others instead. Typical bait and switch.

I was skeptical at first and thought this might be a scam. After checking reviews I decided to give it a go. I am glad I did, I got huge savings on a Weber Summit Kamado E6 grill! I registered my warranty successfully on Weber's website. Thank you Greentoe!

I did a search on Google for my OLED TV. Greentoe came up with a price of 999.00.Other sellers were 1149. I made a offer and was told by greentoe their price was 999. The same day Costco was selling the same unit for 999.00 but it was the last day. Monday I received a email that my offer was accepted so I paid with PayPal. PayPal charge did not go thru right away so I was concerned but GreenToe policy was to wait 48 hours. Anyway charge went thru and my order was shipped. It was shipped from Tennessee and arrived in Goleta Ca. on Saturday by UPS and required a signature for delivery. Who pays for Saturday delivery? With free shipping and NO SALES TAX I received a good deal. Tv was double boxed and was assembled in Mexico 9/2022. Works well and I am very happy with Greentoe and their network of sellers. As far as extended warranty I did not get it and if it works for the first year it will probably work for 5 years. 1 Year warranty from LG. I had a great experience with Greentoe and would recommend you try them.

At first, I thought Greentoe was a scam! I mean the prices are too low! So I was sus, but it's not! It's not like Amazon tho! So don't expect your item to arrive in 2 days! I placed my order on Sept 22nd and received my item on Oct 7th. So I received my item in a little over two weeks, but I think it was worth it! I saved $300 on a GE smart dryer! Once your offer is accepted, Greentoe does disclose the sellers info to you, so I was able to contact the seller and get an ETA for my item. Will definitely use Greentoe again! ❤️

Greentoe said I could get a product for $1416. I offered $1450. Greentoe said I needed to include a cc # to increase my chances, I did. My offer was countered at $1780, I increased my offer to $1500. Then my zipcode wasn't served unless I accepted $1780. I got the product from another factory retailer for $1527. Their reply, "you wont get a warranty cause they arn't factory retailer." The irony is they have no clue who I bought from just the price I paid

I purchased a refrigerator, and the delivery date as just estimated for 6 weeks or longer, so prior confirmation with the customer service team in Greentoe I requested the cancellation of the order, and since the item was not even in stock, I was confirmed that i would receive the refund.

I requested the refund on March 10th of 2022 and still today in May 10th of 2022 they have not given me back my $1400. They put me in touch with the retailer, Appliances Connection, and they keep on saying that my refund ill be processed soon however they don't issue the refund. I am claiming the money through my credit card.

Please do not shop here. They will take your money and you don't know if you will receive the item or the refund, and they are like a gosh company

I have purchased several electronic items from Greentoe over the past year and so far the experience has been great! It is a very neat concept and a great way to get the lowest prices from legitimate retailers. I will always look at Greentoe when looking to make a purchase and hope there will continue to be more products added to the catalog in the future.

Never heard of Greentoe until my friend mentioned it. I used a "buy now" option for a 65" LG OLED TV. Probably could have offered even a lower bid if I was "wiser" about it, but even so I probably saved ~$400-$500 over local retailers when you factor in sales tax. The process was smooth and I got my TV a week later. The Greentoe team reached out to me to see if I needed any other support. What a great site.
