Placed my order and waited, contacted the vendor and was told it was out of stock. Frustrating that they didn't inform me of that, causing days of delay. Greentoe support, on the other hand, was very helpful and responded rapidly. They put my order through another vendor that shipped the next day.

Large freight deliveries are typically slow, but it arrived in a week. Delivery guy was great, item was in excellent condition, brand new in sealed box. Registered the warranty at lg.com the same day.

I ordered a GE washer/dryer combo from Greentoe (GE PFQ97HSPVDS) and was immediately dissatisfied with the unit (drying and wrinkling issues). The Greentoe return policy states that returns are allowed within 30 days of delivery, but after a month-long battle to initiate a return I am now stuck with a very expensive unit that doesn't even work as well as my regular old washer and dryer.

Revised previous negative review... Yes, it took longer than promised at time of order but in the end I got a great deal on a new TV from a reputable retailer and saved a lot of money. I would definitely recommend Greentoe if you are not in a hurry and don't mind needing to do some extra communication.

I purchased a 65 inch LG G3 through Greentoe. The prices was amazing and was well beyond Black Friday 2023 ads. The delivery experience was great and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. No issues at all - the TV looks great now in my living room. Highly recommend!

I had a great shopping experience with greentoe. I was shopping for an OLED television and found the one I was looking for on greentoe. Their website is very easy to use and navigate, just put it in the preferred price you'd like to pay for the television or product within reason. Sit back and wait to see if your offer is accepted and by the way that can take a couple of days but well worth the wait. I had a few questions and contacted customer service for some answers. Jeff from Greentoe contacted me back very quickly and answered all my questions. Excellent customer service in my book.

First time to hear and use Greentoe. Great experience and would definitely use their service again. Named my own price for a pair of new Zeiss Conquest HD 10x42 binoculars. Got it at a price better than that for a used pair sold by some others. Greentoe staff kept in touch and updated the status of the offer.

With extreme hesitation due to mixed reviews, I recently used Greentoe and made a ridiculously low offer on a Sony 70-200 2.8 GM II ($2200) thinking, "There's no way any authorized retailer would accept that offer."

Not surprisingly, after two days, I received a counteroffer for $2399. I didn't respond and let it sit, waiting for the offer to expire.

The day before my initial offer expired, I received notice that my offer of $2200 was accepted! I was shocked.

Before submitting payment, I emailed Greentoe customer service, asking for reassurance and re-confirmation of what they advertise:

- Merchandise will be sold by USA-authorized Sony dealer and covered by Sony USA manufacturer warranty.

- Items being sold are brand new, unopened

- The merchant accepting the offer actually has the item in stock and is ready to ship (I asked this after reading many reviews that some retailers delayed shipment for several weeks/months before finally either admitting the item was out-of-stock, issuing a refund, or having the customers' CC company do a chargeback).

I asked Greentoe customer service to confirm the above, stating that I would immediately ask for a refund if this transaction didn't pass the "smell test".

- I also stated if this deal was good, I would make sure to share my good experience with dealing with Greentoe in as many forums as possible (hence, the reason I'm writing this review on Trustpilot).

- Conversely, if this deal went bad, I would make sure to share my bad experience on the same platforms. In addition, I would consider filing a small claims suit if I didn't get my money back.

Greentoe customer service ("Jeff") assured me of all of the above, even stating that they would issue a refund if the retailer didn't ship out the item by end-of-day after I made payment.

I ended up taking a chance and paid the merchant through Paypal.

Surprisingly, the very next day, I received a UPS shipment notification.

UPS delivered the lens about a week after my order was completed.

Well, all I can say is that GREENTOE HAS EARNED MY BUSINESS AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GIVING THEM A TRY!

My lens arrived today, it was well-packaged. More importantly, it was clearly brand new and included came with USA Warranty card. I immediately registered the lens at Sony USA without any issues.

Wow, I still can't believe I was able to get this lens (70-200 2.8 OSS II) brand new for only $2,200 - which includes shipping AND tax!!!! That is less than what I could have purchased a new gray market lens and about what I could likely purchase an excellent condition USED lens for.

If you're on the fence with Greentoe, give them a try. And make sure you ask for confirmation from Greentoe's customer service (i.e., seller has the item IN STOCK AND READY TO SHIP, etc.), as I did before pulling the trigger. You won't regret it!

Now, if you're in a rush and need the item quickly, not sure if this is the place I would use but if you're looking for a fantastic deal, give them a try.

Was hesitant to use based on mixed reviews and not knowing who the supplier would be. Shipping an 85" large screen was scary. However, savings of $400 more than best local price caused me to take the risk. So glad I did. Transaction worked out perfect. Communication from Greentoe and vendor filling the order was great. Shipping took a week and a half due to item coming from several states away. Arrived exactly on date listed and was new as described and is working great on day one. Based on my experience I would not hesitate to use again if similar savings can be obtained

I’ve now made a few purchases from Greentoe, including two televisions and camera gear. Each experience has been incredible, with fast offer acceptance and customer support that goes above and beyond.

The fact that you can put in an offer and they’ll share it to their supplier network makes it so much easier to find the best deal. And in the case where I found a cheaper price online after my offer was accepted they even helped me get a lower price.

The customer support team responds promptly (and you get a real person, not a bot). Really nothing bad to say about them—who doesn’t love saving money.

Disgusting scam site! Will never do business with these crooks again! I have not received my refund for my item. I think I never will.

The site lets you tell them what is the max you will pay and let suppliers bid on your offer. In reality the suppliers approve your bid, and then take the money from paypal with no real intention of sending you the item. After a bunch of emai9ls and complaints they give you back the money, but in reality you just gave them a 4-6 weeks loan of over $1000 with no real return and a lot of time wasted!

You know when they say "it's too good to be true" Well, Greentoe.com is totally legit, the real thing. They deliver what they promise. No hassle, great service, products and exemplary communications. Who could ask for anything more?

Needed to return something I ordered. I was happy to pay the return shipping, as was policy, but first I reached out to Greentoe customer support to clarify something.

In the vendor's initial order email, their email signature included a return policy that conflicted with Greentoe's official return policy. I initially ignored this, as the policy wasn't known at the time of purchase and therefor seemed unenforceable. But wanted to confirm with Greentoe that it was okay to ignore. A Greentoe rep essentially confirmed that this return policy was just a part of the vendor's automated signature, could be safely ignored, and I would only have to pay return shipping.

Surprise surprise, I had to pay the surprise fee for returning, on top of return shipping. Greentoe refused to respond or clarify why they provided misinformation, in writing. Luckily my bank was able to get the money back.

Amazing customer service. It feels like they truly care and they go out of their way to make sure their customers get taken care of. Also lightning quick response rates!

Big hassle. Ordered a air conditioner through greentoe in March 2023. They charged my cc right away but then I did not hear from them for a full three weeks. After my first email the reply was they are waiting reply from the seller (why did you charge my card if you don't have a confirmed seller), the reply to my second email 10 days later was they will right back to me after some holiday and my third email another 10+ days later got the reply that they are sorry and will take of it now. ERventually I got the product but would NOT recommend this company.

Greentoe is a borderline scam. It sounds good but you have no idea what vendor you will get. I specifically inquired beforehand about the vendor quality and was told it would be a local well-known reputable vendor. Nope! It was a vendor 2 states away! Ordered a $3000 fridge and was delivery with a dent by a substandard delivery service. The damage was documented and acknowledged. Greentoe does nothing - cares nothing. They got their fee - they are done. The vendor keeps sidestepping and ignoring - "I should just accept it its only cosmetic" - "I should repair myself because their repair is costly" etc. Only thing keeping this alive is a credit card dispute. Save yourself the trouble. Be aware, Greentoe will tell you anything to ake you sign up,

Greentoe helped me purchase a hard-to-find microwave and at a fantastic price. Additionally, my emails to Greentoe about the process were promptly and professional answered. Great experience!

I have been doing business with Greentoe for over five years and I have had nothing but positive dealings with them. I did three deals recently (in the last three weeks-four pieces of camera equipment), and I saved over $350 street price. Greentoe is really great!

Great price on a C2 OLED. Shipping was originally quoted as a few weeks out but then the delivery company called and were able to get it to me much sooner. Greentoe even did the warranty registration for me after I received it.
