How do I give a negative star save your money how I didn't check reviews is my fault!!!!! Nothing but a plastic piece of JUNK!!!!!!!!

The mugs I received were nothing like the picture and not what was advertised. Claimed to be made from minerals but obviously not. The description said it is microwave safe but it has metal on the inside.I will never order from this company again.

Ordered 4 crystal mugs. What i received was Epoxy resin cast in a mold to make it look like a mug with a steel tumbler inside it. The cups smell of resin and these are not crystals. When you flip the cup over and scrape with a fine razor, the epoxy comes off like a powder. This is what Bondo does with a sand paper. The company countered to offer 20% refund in credit or 50% refund as gift card. I declined . They went slient on my request for 100% refund and a shipping label. This is contrary to what they have for a refund policy in their website. So i promptly filed a dispute with my credit card firm.

The "Mineral Crystal Crafted Coffee Mug" that i ordered is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. It is plastic replica, colored with cheap paint.

I ordered a Mineral Crystal Coffee mug from Grafton Collection based on the photo provided of the product on their website. The item I received was not remotely similar to the item advertised. The photo on the website was a colorful mug carved from stone similar to geodes or agate; the item I received (shipped from China, which was not mentioned) was a cheap, worthless plastic/resin molded cup with poor quality spray painting instead of natural coloring. I have tried for over two months to get a refund and shipping return, but Grafton (who also does business through shell companies including one named the Premier Trust Store) has refused. I was told that if I send the mug back and pay all the shipping costs to China, that they would evaluate it and decide if I could receive a refund - the item cost $28.94, and the shipping would have cost $32.05, so it would have cost more to ship it than it originally cost. The seller refused to provide a shipping label or any commitment to refund shipping costs, and no firm promise of a rebate for a misleading, falsely-advertised product.

I wish I could give them negative stars. I ordered their Elegant Mineral Crystal Mugs to get the worst made crap I've ever seen. They offered to give me a 20% refund to keep the crap or have me pay to send it back. Chargeback incoming.

I ordered two hoodies from them. I on the same day emailed them to let them know I wanted the order cancelled. Then 5 days later I finally get a response back saying the order is processed so they can’t cancel it. This thoroughly frustrates me. Don’t use this company for anything!!

If possible, I'd give 0 stars, but the lowest you could choose was 1. I ordered 2 mugs on 12/22. They arrived almost 2 months later on 2/18. I needed them for January, so emailed to say I'd be returning them but needed to know where to send them. A person responded that they were shipped and would be delivered on 2/18. Once I received them, I emailed 6 times asking for a return address. After that 6th email with no response, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. They credited my account after seeing my attempts to return the items. The next day, I received an email from the merchant who gave me an address to return the items to CHINA. Now, why would I pay for shipping something all the way to China? The cost is probably more than the value of the items, but clearly, it's what they do to deter you from returning. I responded that since they didn't respond to me in 2-3 days like their website stated, they could engage with my credit card company. Do not order anything from this site.

This is a scam site clearly using impoverished workers and running on a skeleton crew.

I ordered like 5 spoons from them Dec 21, 2024 and only 2 arrived a couple days ago (March of 2025) with a note that the other ones were being shipped separately. The order tracking page has it marked as received. Their support is bad and messages are AI-generated. Also appears as though Grafton Collection is just a front and the actual company is called Premier Trust Store?? Or maybe they just outsource all of their operations. Someone is surely getting incredibly rich off this site.

I ordered four mugs that were advertised as cut from stone off of FaceBook. When they were FINALLY received, they were plastic - and entirely useless. I have not been able to get the company to honor their posted return policy.

OMG this company is beyond reproach; they actually get negative stars. My order number is 31558, Involving their mineral coffee mugs. First, I had to hound them for shipping updates as it was supposed to be a Christmas present, I ordered on the 8th so figured there was plenty of time, anyway finally a cup arrived on the 27th of Dec. Not only was it the wrong one, the one that arrived was absolute crap. Think my 4 yr old grandson could have made something better, so i took pictures and sent in my initial request on 12/27. received a form letter reply but nothing else, so I again contacted them in Jan, still no action, again in Feb. this time they responded saying my request was outside the return window and they would do nothing. Please don't waste your time even looking at this site for products, you too will only be disappointed and ripped off.

First, I have to say that what I purchased was not from the Grafton Collection I purchase from the Mineral Mug website. Items I received we nothing like the items pictured on their website. I should have known better. Found out they ship from China after is was too late. Try to return something to China! I'm betting the cost would be more than the item costs.

Absolutely stinks. I wish I could give them a 1/4 star because they suck that bad. They promised a cup made of stone and we received a 3D printed piece of shit!!!!

This is a scam! I ordered an Olivia Rodrigo Stanley, first the order did not come through, then it did but it took weeks to ship and now we finally received a cheap broken plastic fake! Do not buy there!!

Too bad I couldn’t give the rating I'd like to; one finger up!!! An absolute piece of garbage!! 10 worth of plastic that looks like it was painted by a left handed monkey!!! These people should be in jail!!!!

This is a SCAM! I ordered a blue crystal mug and carefully read the description which describe hand crafted crystal mug.

What I received was cheap plastic with a loose metal insert.

I immediately asked for a refund. They waited to respond until the day after their return policy passed so they told me that I couldn't return it. I continued to complain until they then offered me a replacement item

Why would I want a replacement of a crappy junk mug?! DO NOT buy from here. They will not refund you and you will get a real piece of junk.
