Don’t fall for this scam. Cheap plastic material. They need to be put out of business for false advertising.

I was expecting an actual mug made from crystal or gemstone as the description and the price point referred to. Do not waste your time I am so disappointed my husband's Christmas gift turned out to be a gag gift at least he thought it was hilarious.

I should have looked at the reviews. Poor quality what a waste of money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchase Crystal cups and it was cheap. You can still smell the paint. Not US made poor quality, extremely disappointed. They were supposed to be Christmas gifts and I couldn’t even return. I never leave bad reviews. This is my first. That’s how bad this company is.

Despite my many requests, the seller then refused to provide me with return information.
So I opened a dispute claim with my bank and credit card issuer to which the seller *submitted a fake email* complete with a hitherto unprovided return address. Having thus "proved" me a liar, the seller has, apparently, won the dispute claim.

This company is 100% a scam. They sell you cheap plastic mugs from China, advertising them as being made from actual minerals. You pay $25-30 and what you get isn't worth more than $1. When I received them, I threw them away immediately, as they weren't even worth trying to give away. They were that cheap and poorly made.

They also sent an advertising email after I made my purchase claiming to have a 4.6-star rating on Trustpilot, which as you can see, is complete BS. These people have no scruples. They are con men. Stay far away!!!

Do not buy anything from this scam site.

They waited six weeks to inform me, after my repeated emails, that the thing I ordered was out of stock and a refund would be processed. It’s been another 4 weeks and still nothing.

I did not receive my product. And they keep telling me they're sending that and it's been over three months

I spent $160.00 on stupid Labubus. They sent me the tracking number but it’s totally useless. It shows absolutely nothing so I emailed them in total 28 times. They have not addressed my issue or given me any idea when I can expect my order. I’m so done with them. I’m calling my bank to get my money back. I’ve told them this & they could care less as they have not acknowledged any of my 28 emails. Anyone that places an order should have their head examined

Total scam! I ordered the crystal mugs based on images of showing Crystal being carved into a mug shape. Received one, and just like with other reviewers, painted resin. There's no way I could give this as a gift. I would be so embarrassed. I ordered three and received one. Trying to solve these problems via email is a total waste of time. The last email I sent was a screenshot from the BBB concerning scams involving these mugs. I sent an email again recently concerning the two mugs that never arrived. They are placing the blame on the carrier. I'm not going to even bother going down that route. It's a total waste of time. They want to offer me a discount or a product off their website instead of a refund. I don't want any more of their garbage. California address, but the items come from china. I wouldn't have ordered at all if they had been forthcoming about that fact.

Save yourself some time and money and do not order anything from Grafton collection!

Buyer beware! The "Mineral Crystal Coffee Mug" is poorly painted plastic. The website shows a mug being formed from a large piece of crystal - complete scam!

Ordered Geode Crystal candles. Took 2 months to get. Shipped from China even though company had a California address on their website. Candles have a wick stuck in the middle of painted plastic. Wick burnt down in seconds then went out. Not candles at all!! This is a scamming fraudulent Chinese company. Don't order from them unless you like being deceived and your money stolen!

Complete fraud. They just sent out a newsletter that said they had a 4.8 rating on this site. I ordered a mug and they gave me three different tracking numbers. They also said they were shipped to my house on different dates. None of that was true. They told me that it was sent to the address that I had submitted with my order. I called USPS and that was a lie. The address that they sent my product to was not the address that I've given them and that they told me it was sent to you. They would not process a refund and requested that written proof be given by USPS, but that was not possible for the representative. I talked to on the phone from USPS. They've lied multiple times now, refused to have a refund. I'm now involving my attorneys and reporting the transaction as credit card fraud.

I have never dealt with such a corrupt company before. Crystal mugs be damned. They were cheap resin rubbish and no matter how many emails I sent and the return of the offending trash I could not get my money back. They refused to answer the real questions and consistently avoided paying any compensation. Never again will I buy from them.

I have never left a review for anything in my life. Not my style. However this is a must. If there was a negative star system I would use it for this company. Not only is the crystal mug no where near as advertised (which they falsely show how they are made on their website). I immediately asked for my order to be canceled, they then basically denied my cancelation and would not refund my money even though it was maybe 20 minutes after I placed the order. Then did not get back to me until after the product was already shipped. Will never buy from here again and will not recommend to anyone. Makes sense why there is not an option for google reviews. TRASH!!!

No stars. Absolutely not the Mineral mug advertised. A casted plastic mugs - painted by elementary school children. I hope they needed the money. Because I was sure was deceived. I put them the China hutch, on display; reminds me to be less trusting. They look like toys for children.
