Scam products the mineral mug I ordered was a cheap piece crap plastic and didn’t even look like the picture I emailed them to send it back and the said I had to pay the return shipping to China. BS scam

It should be 0 not even a 1. This place is a fraud. I placed my order 6 WEEKS AGO! Three days after I placed my order I received an email that my product has been shipped. Well..nothing since then. No updates at all. I have now reached out to the customer service email over a handful of times since that is the only way to get a hold of them and the only thing they ever respond is that it’s shipped and I can review updates with the tracking number. What a bunch of BS!! So I’ve now gone through my bank to get my money back. I wish I would have read these reviews before wasting my time.

So cheap and tacky. Zero customer service, it's a scam and I have lost the money. Trash, nothing like the description or picture. Read reviews first!!!!

Complete rip off I ordered the two Crystal mugs and received two freaking small plastic mugs with a tin. Insert ridiculous. What a rip off try to return them. They say you have to send them to China and you have to pay for it. Don’t buy from these people.

I ordered a mug and it too is a piece of junk and I will never order outside of amazon again. I can't even return it - I also thought it was a US company until I checked the tracking. I wouldn't even give them 1 star but I had to in order to do the review.

Wish I could have given them a big, fat 0!!! I ordered two mugs, different colors, as well as a “candle in a geode”. The mugs arrived, two of the same colors, AND, they’re PLASTIC!!!! Fraud!!!! The candle in a geode has NEVER arrived even though I continue to receive msgs from them that it’s been delivered! I hate to think how much they continue sell, making money off of unaware folks! I’m looking into contacting law enforcement - WE ALL SHOULD! This fraudulent company should not be allowed to continue!

I ordered 2 mineral mugs, after 4 weeks I recieved my cups what a joke!! They are cheap .25 cent mugs that they sell for 25.00! This company is a SCAM!! Do not order from them. Huge disappointment!!

Every bad report you read, especially and specifically on the mugs and the customer service - is my same sad story. Avoid the company.
It is shocking how badly we are mislead on this product and having to go to Paypal to fight for me JUST to get responses. Then, unless I want to pay to ship to China (!) they will offer 20% refund. Still waiting.

It is heartbreaking that this company operates in such a devious manner; equally, that as experienced as I am that I missed it all in my enthusiasm to purchase what I thought would be an amazing coffee mug.

ALSO you wait and wait and wait: Honestly it was only THEN that I understood this all came from China. Not hand crafted or artisanal at all.

When prescribed letters came, always the same one.. it was super friendly the way it was written. But I tell you, this is bad acting on this company's part. Lots of great mom and pops artisans making mugs (which is what I thought I was supporting). Don't wonder about these many reports, just find a real artisan.

Do NOT purchase from this company. They scam you, knowingly. Cannot get a refund. I purchased their "mineral" mugs which look like they were colored with crayons. Mugs received were NOT at all as described. No good response at all. You have to send back to Shanghai and they do not send a return label. Will not cooperate at all.

I ordered a crystal mug as a Christmas gift for a friend on 11/1/24. It didn't arrive until a few days before Christmas. The ad for it stated that the mug held approx. 12 oz. The mug I received held 4 oz and was lined inside with some sort of metal that was not pictured on any of the advertisements that I had seen for that item. I wrote to their customer service email acct 3X asking how to return their merchandise and obtain a refund. When I researched the bank charge I noticed that athough the company advertises themselves as the Grafton Group, as soon as they complete the transaction for your money, the name Shen Zhen Li Lin appears as the seller on your bank statement!
They never responded to any of my emails. I resorted to filing a complaint and claim with my bank to recover my money.
Unless you want to give this company your money, I would not order anything from them. Their entire operation is designed to deceive you and steal your money.

Scam product. Like most reviews, ordered a product (Mineral Crystal mug) and what I got was a cheap plastic cup that was nothing like the description. Support was worthless - said the mug was "Inspired" by the minerals, despite the website explicitly stating the opposite.

Yes, an extreme response, but this really angered me, plus feels like something more needs to be done besides posting here.

In short, do not buy from this company. The products that they offer are worthless and they simply steal your money.

What they advertise and the product you receive are totally different. I asked for a refund. I'm still waiting for a reply.

Is there a zero star, , this is beyond fraudulent, ordered a crystal cup, got a plastic knock off, shockingly small and the metal insert rattle's around inside because it's smaller than the actual cup, , avoid this at all costs.

I purchased 3 "mineral" mugs Nothing like the photos, they are lightweight, obviously acrylic and when you try to return them, they give you an address in China or you can choose a 20% refund. Worst purchase I've ever made.

Worst online experience ever. The pictures they advertise are NOT the products they send. I purchased a crystal mug mid December and after new years I still had not received it. I sent several emails and finally got a tracking number. The item I received was cheap plastic out of China that didn’t even resemble crystal. I’ve emailed customer service no less than 8 times for a refund. It’s now mid Feb and I finally got a response offering 20%back. That won’t even cover the shipping. I wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing from this company, they are an online scam and should be shut down for not selling advertised products.

I will be contacting an attorney and the attorney general. You company falsely advertises product and is a 100% scam. I will not stop pursuing this until I am made whole with a refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

Low quality knock-off goods (my fake Owala water bottle looked like the cap was 3D printed and the printing on the tumbler part itself was blurry), refund and shipping policies that do not match what's listed on website. Worst online shopping experience ever! I wish I read reviews prior to purchasing from Grafton Collection. Simply horrible; would give negative stars if I could.

Total scam. It’s a ploy to get you to buy cheap made in China crap thinking you are getting a quality product that is described in the website. Low and behold when it’s delivered and the product is complete probably toxic garbage, they make it impossible to return it. Which I think is the business plan for this scam of a company. Stay clear of anything associated with this business

I Made purchase of a holiday ceramic
Back in December 2024.
I received nothing, I emailed them, and said the will forward my concern to the sales department. I know I'm never going to get a refund. Maybe some day this item might arrive.
Thankfully, I was skeptical of their inexpensive expensive items.
