The service received is above and beyond anything i expected. The prices are good, but the extras are what make all the difference. On receiving my unit I found that they had already loaded the latest software, they provided written notes on the basics of using the Unit and Garmin Basecamp and allowed me access to their course on the unit i actually bought. Overall nothing short of stunning. I cannot recommend highly enough this retailer.

Always had great experience with GPS training.Importantly they are easy to contact, by e.mail, certainly,but also if i telephone i can talk to somebody and they have always been able to help out. Not many companys left that you can telephone nowdays!

I ordered a GPS bike mount for my gravel bike. I was updated regularly by GPS Training as to when the item would be delivered. The item came within a couple of days. The mount was very easy to fix to my handle bar. Pleased with the item.

I was reluctant to use a company that I hadn’t heard of before but I’m really pleased I did. Excellent service not only from the quick despatch of the GPS device which was competitively priced when I added in the cost of the Ordnance Survey maps that I purchased but also because of the excellent training that is offered. The short videos take you through everything you need to know from unpacking your device, linking it to Two Nav, purchasing or downloaded purchased maps. I would highly recommend others looking for a GPS.

The bar for customer service has been set very high at GPS Training. The whole team are very welcoming and helpful.
Andy went out of his way to orientate me to my new TwoNav Terra, which performed really well during my recent hike across the Lake District. (The Waypoint alarms saved my legs from doing unnecessary mileage on more than one occasion!)

Rapid delivery, personal touch from GPSTraining, device set up for best out of the box user experience. Configured my H1 and loaded my maps. Intro guides they produce in house are really useful. Highly recommend buying from GPSTraining

Quick response to placing of order. Excellent support provided after faulty Terra unit supplied. Replacement sent but I had to pay the carriage to return the faulty device.

Gday folks at GPS Training, Andy is very good at explaining how the H1 works and also shares problems he has had with the device as well. We covered the course in a timely manner, sharing his experiences together with my own we got it sorted in no time.

I have recently replaced my Satmap 20 because the battery died and the socket to connect to a computer broke. I replaced it with a TwoNav Adventurer 2 with OS 1:25,000 maps. GPS Training checked it before delivery and set it up but I had to load all the maps to the device. GPS Training provide videos showing you exactly how to do this and further videos showing you how to use the device. I found these videos invaluable because it is quite a complex device and without the help from GPS training I would have struggled. I can heartily recommend them.
