I found the package informative have not looked at every thing properly yet one part I found I could not access was when you conclude a walk that you stared from scratch was how to record and save that particular walk. So that I could transfer it on baseline.

Importance aspect for me was it was tested before dispatch with my Ordnance Survey card I bought was checked and working. And a phone number to call to a human being if I need any help.

Nothing wrong with the company but the Garmin Walking GPS holder has broken on the first usage whilst walking in Wales this weekend.

I ended up requesting a return for the product I bought and the owner called me to understand the problem I was having and try to help me resolve it. The information provided in the online training videos was excellent as was the support from the shop. Call it a knowledge gap on my part, the product wouldn't do the thing I wanted it for. GPSTraining did everything you would expect from a thoroughly professional retailer. A lesson for us all when online shopping is that if there's any doubt in your mind about the product you're buying, ring them and talk it through. If they can't help you, go somewhere else. I have since found a way of doing exactly what I wanted to do for off road cycling so all is well but if I ever did find myself thinking about GPS units again, I wouldn't go anywhere else but GPSTraining simply for the knowledge and professionalism they showed.

Love the TwoNav GPS, already had a Terra and recently purchased the Aventura for the longer battery life. I have a 50 mile event this year and, injuries permitting, the LDWA 100 in 2027. I can't fault the service and support from GPS Training and would recommend them every time over Amazon.

Good support systems in place

The service offered by GPS training is based on 'old school' customer support and advice. My wife recently bought me a TwoNav Cross+, which arrived fully setup and checked with sensible default options, which would suit most users straight out of the box. Fantastic set of online training videos covering all of the units in the range, included in the price, which I must say was very competitive.
Well done GPS Training, it is truly amazing to find a company that puts it's customers first, certainly not your average box shifter. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a handheld GPS.
