It's not just the product, which is great, its the team behind Teamup that made us choose them as our booking system provider. We've been with them many years now since we moved from the stupidly expensive and ever increasingly expensive MindBody. Teamup run their business with the same values of customer experience that we do. They operate a wish list and so many times, things we have asked for as we grow our business and need more tools become reality. They consult with their customers all the time as well as offering us ways to improve our services to our customers. It makes for the perfect partner for anyone looking for an online booking system.

And you get straight through to someone or can get a call back. The pricing is considerate to how much business you have, and so is very supportive and relative. I am continually happy with my experience with Team Up. They are brilliant.

It’s brilliant. I couldn’t have done without it through the pandemic. I could set up and link zoom classes and then switch to face to face bookings once back. Makes admin so easy and customers can which classes are on and if there is space anytime they want reducing phone calls. Love it.

I have been using TeamUp for my fitness businesses for a year now and it has transformed them both! It is a fantastic customer management, booking and reporting product. Payments are all automated so neither clients or I have to think about them. The reporting functionality is very powerful. Only downside is that on demand videos cannot be effectively monetised but otherwise very happy with TeamUp.

I really rate TeamUp and their customer
service for fitness and yoga/Pilates studio owners and teachers. Really reasonably priced and accessible support with a simple interface and reporting system. Software gives you exactly what you need and I like that they don’t actively sell to your clients or claim ownership on those client details like the big expensive management software companies doing something similar - TeamUp have integrity and feel like one of my small team!

We use TeamUp to run our 2 gyms and it works great. Everything very smooth and any issues they get back asap. Great service.
