Sean was incredibly informative, professional, and patient while putting together an itinerary for Scotland for my family and friends. I kept changing things and adding more places and experiences that I wanted to include, but Sean was able to bring everything together and create a wonderful itinerary.
He did a great job balancing nature, museums, castles, downtime, and sightseeing, while also making the trip feel very personal to our group. I truly appreciated his patience, attention to detail, and ability to turn all of my ideas into a well-planned and enjoyable Scotland itinerary. I highly recommend Sean for anyone looking for help planning a memorable trip!

We have been waiting for this trip a long time. We were trying to gather enough information to plan it. I ran across an advertisement for GoRailTravel. I didn’t expect to get so far but I did!
We were ask to give some basic answers and were given an abundance of offerings to chose from!! We didn’t want to drive through the trip and had talked about a train tour but not sure how to put it all together having not traveled there before.
I was contacted by Joe and talked about what we wanted to do and visit. In just a few minutes we had a trip planned!!! Wow! We were able to put together a great trip for three weeks to see Scotland and Ireland. Joe made a video about the trip. It explained accommodations, activities and transportation. All in one place!
We had a call with Joe to talk about all of it and get answers to questions that we had. We were able to talk about adding in things that we really want to see.
Joe told us that from now until our trip is finished, he is available to us for any questions or concerns. That’s nice to have someone to call if anything goes off.
All that we need to do is make travel arrangements to Edinburgh. We can’t wait!

A friend invited me to Scotland at the last minute. I wasn’t going to go, as I wasn’t up to the hassle of international travel. Then I saw the video Alex made of the itenerary my friend designed. Alex added stops that aren’t normally.part of tours. The video showed photos of where we would go and what we might see. There were pictures of our accommodations and a map of the route. With all that, there was the flexibility to live our own adventure without hassle. I signed right up. We’ve already asked Alex to suss out the next trip…to Ireland.

Tristan went above and beyond to make our trip truly memorable. He made thoughtful suggestions which were sincerely appreciated by this first time international traveler, and worked with me to stay within budget. High praise!

Adam, made planning my trip exceptionally easy and alleviated the stress that goes with planning a trip by yourself. I had begun planning my trip but it became too overwhelming so l contacted Gorail Travel and bingo, trip all planned! Adam, listen to my ideas and preferences and planned the perfect trip for me while sticking to my budget.

Alex planned a once in a lifetime trip through Ireland for my daughter and me. She was extremely patient and worked on numerous itineraries to help us schedule visits to all our must see sites while working within my budget. Would definitely recommend using Alex. She was very responsive and communication was super easy - even with the 8 hour time difference between us.
Was a bit confused about the Gorailtravel site however, as a friend recommended it as the flier said "up to $1000 off!" I found a perfect package which was listed for $899 per person but once I spoke to Alex she informed me that they were off season rates. Fair, but I wish it was clearly marked as such.
Can't wait for this trip with my daughter, and having all the details (lodging, travel, admissions, etc.) taken care of.

We are working with Dylan on trip to Scotland. We are two couples with many questions and of need of much help. Dylan has been most helpful and very patient. We are now booked and look forward to working with Dylan on the finer ports of our trip. We are very excited to be finally going to Scotland.

Most helpful was the information video he prepared detailing the trip and seeing, actually seeing where we would be going. Adam was always available, which is pretty impressive given the four hour time difference between Ireland and Nova Scotia. We are definitely pumped to see Scotland by rail and maybe even meet Adam. I have been planning a dream trip to Scotland with my best friend. Sadly she is not able to go with me now. Tristen was amazing and worked with me to update all my travel plans and dates so it would work for me as a solo traveler much better.
