Our 4/22-5/5/26 Italy trip planned by Go Real Travel Agency and Tyler Hawthorne was truly the trip of a lifetime for my 60th birthday. Every detail was flawlessly coordinated from start to finish, allowing us to fully enjoy the experience without stress or confusion.

We traveled through Rome, Siena, Florence, Tuscany/Chianti, Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento, Positano, Ravello, Amalfi, and Capri, and every transfer, tour, and ticket was perfectly arranged. We had knowledgeable private tour guides scheduled daily, drivers waiting for us in every city to transport us seamlessly to our next destination, and first-class train accommodations to and from Sorrento that were all handled in advance.

One of the highlights was the incredible boat tour around Capri and through the island’s breathtaking coastline and grottos. Every day felt magical because we always knew exactly where we needed to be, when to be there, and everything was ready for us. There was little to no confusion, interruptions, or logistical stress throughout the entire trip.

Tyler Hawthorne and Go Real Travel Agency created an unforgettable Italian experience filled with beauty, history, incredible food, stunning scenery, and memories we will cherish forever. Mariya was so helpful in planning our trip to Europe with many stops! The hotels she booked were very nice with included breakfasts and she also booked train and excursion tickets for us!

I could not be happier with the service provided by Go Real Travel. Everything was just perfect on our trip to Paris and Rome - the transfers to and from the airports, the hotels, the itinerary, the guided tours and the food tours were all terrific. Myles and team clearly were very familiar with both cities and had great suggestions for how to best spend our time in each, and having so much detailed information ahead of time was incredibly helpful. And while we didn't need to use it, the peace of mind knowing we had 24/7 phone support while traveling was invaluable. Really excellent service! Highly recommend!

Go Real Travel helped us plan an affordable 14 day vacation which allowed for flexibility with our schedule. They created a detailed daily planner with plenty of helpful information (directions, maps, phone numbers, etc ) and suggestions for the days we wanted independence. They sent reminders which kept us prepared and on schedule. They responded very quickly whenever we reached out with any questions and were always pleasant now matter how mundane our concerns. When we had a problem with one of the places we stayed in, they expeditiously moved us somewhere else, all the while staying in contact with us. I, truly, cannot say enough great things about Martin, Amy, and Chris. Thank you for the memorable adventure you have shared with us.

When our group tour through Slovenia and Croatia was cancelled (after booking our flights) we luckily found GoRealTravel who turned out to be a blessing in disguise. They provided the perfect balance of support and flexibility as we travelled on our own. The arranging of hotels, transportation, guided tours and events (e.g., a private cooking class) made for a stress free experience. Two of the hotels in Plitvice and Dubrovnik were not particularly convenient if you didn’t have a car but we used Uber. The app worked really well on the phone and provided great detail on a daily basis. They were receptive to feedback and I would use them again.

My daughters and I just returned from 10 days in Germany planned for us by GoReal travel. It was fabulous. The hotels were great, our private tour guides were exceptional, and communication throughout our trip was timely! We will use them again!

Go real Travel and their team were professional, responsive, engaged, and professional (in particular Myles R.). The trip was put together with our unique needs and preferences addressed. Our trip included 4 European cities with trains connecting each city. The planning was excellent and their tech platform is intuitive and comprehensive...everything managed in one place. We would highly recommend and plan on working with the company again in the future.

This was our second vacation using Go Real Travel - first to Austria, Czech Republic and Poland and this most recent trip to Switzerland. We've had great experiences each time, both during the planning stages and during the trip. The new app made everything even more seamless than before. The crew at Go Real are simply A+ - from beginning to end. The Drivers were excellent, the tour experts were like having someone with a PhD in history and current affairs take you by the hand to explore and learn. The staff were there every step of the way with guidance and prompt response. I will definitely use this group again and very much look forward to it.

Go Real Travel was an amazing company to work with. They planned a wonderful vacation for us to London, Paris and Rome. The hotels were all very well located and comfortable. The highlight of our trip were the private tours they had set up for us. We did one tour in London, one in Paris and two in Rome. Each tourguide was extremely knowleadable and provided us with an amazing experience. The Go Real staff was responsive and very easy to work with. I would definitely use this company again.

It was very helpful having someone keep in contact the whole time in case there was some sort of problem or emergency. Also it helped with keeping to our itinerary. It made for smooth travel days and easy meet ups with guides and attractions.

They did a great job with the planning of the trip, the hotel selections, and they were able to accommodate some last minute changes we had requested. We would definitely recommend Go Real Travel and we will be using them for future trips.

Just returned from a 10 day trip to Europe (Salzburg, Prague and Munich). I used Martin and team and could not be happier. They gave me some excellent advice on the front end about locations and timing, arranged hotels for me to choose from, car services, train tickets and private tour guides - it was an amazing trip. In addition they were available and responsive the entire time with last minute questions and requests - highly recommend them and have already started planning my next trip with them.

The Canadian Contingent (4 travellers from Toronto) booked a trip with GoRealTravel Fall 2025 to Prague, Vienna and Budapest. We were looking for a more independent travel experiece (not a tour group) but still desired recommentations and to have the transportation and accommodation details taken care of. That's what we got and more! We appreciated working with Martin and the team to create an itinerary that was custom designed for us. The guide seemed daunting at first but it was very helpful as we wandered through the cities on our own. What we liked...getting to experience various methods of transportation to move between locations, the hotels could not be better located, we walked everywhere. The local guides at each city were great, providing cultural colour, history, and recommendations for eating and shopping. Lots of free time to explore on our own and have adventures. We loved all three cities but Prague was our favourite. Overall, a wonderful way to travel. Thanks GoRealTravel.

The supports staff and account manager are all very knowledgable and responsive. They created the itinerary perfect for me and my daughters. I was able to call account manager during my travel in Germany and Austria. She is very helpful for all my questions.

We have used Go Real Travel 3 times now. They have arranged outstanding holidays each time for us. The itineraries they provide are great and they work very hard with you to develop the itineraries. All the hotels they have arranged for our stays have been great. Go Real Travel arranged train, bus, and private transport for us, which made the trips much easier to do. The tour guides they arrange (if requested) have all been excellent. We highly recommend Go Real Travel for anyone’s travel needs.

When planning our trip to Croatia and Slovenia, we were looking for something that would handle the planning for us, but we didn’t want to travel with a group. Go Real turned out to be the perfect solution. We worked with Myles who had experience traveling in the area and gave us good suggestions on what we might be interested in seeing. We modified the initial itinerary to fit our interests and time frame. All the accommodations were as stated (we chose the 3-4 star option). Every driver showed up on time and was pleasant and friendly. All the private tour guides were knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. The agents contacted us with information along the way. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would highly recommend GoReal Travel. We would not hesitate to use them again and have recommended them to our friends.

Go Real Travel planned a trip for us through Central Europe (Prague, Salzburg, Vienna & Budapest), and we were really pleased with everything. The highlight for us was the private guided walking tour on our first day in each city. The guides were all amazing and it helped gives us a better understanding of how to get around and what to focus on. Everything was planned through the app which provided an itinerary of things to do and places to see, and was flexible. They provided directions and details on each attraction which was awesome. They also included some helpful tips and insights that helped us know what to prebook and other key things we should know. Their hotel selections very great and well located. Overall they really listened to what we wanted and planned a lovely trip.
We really did enjoy the trip and would probably travel with them again. That said, there were a few things that we didn’t really like, lack of communication and lack of transparency on pricing. Once we booked and paid our deposit, there was minimal to no communication from them until 4 days before our trip, letting us know they had uploaded some of our tickets. I had reached out two weeks prior to our departure and never heard back. We did hear from them once during our trip as they needed to verify the timing of flight, but other than that, nothing. There was also a last minute swap on one of our guided tours because the original guide was ill. We were informed by the guide of this, but no communication from the company. We ended up not doing our second guided tour because of this change. I emailed the team to ask if we’d be refunded for the canceled tour and never heard back from them. Finally, while we felt that the cost of the trip was reasonable it would have been nice to have more details on their pricing breakdown. When I asked about that I was told they couldn’t provide it because of privacy with the third party partners they use.
Overall I want to reiterate that it was a really well planned trip which we thoroughly enjoyed. I’m pretty certain we couldn’t have planned it as well as they did. The two cons I mentioned did not negatively impact our experience, but were more pet peeves I suppose.
