The quality of food is good with…
The quality of food is good with reasonable prices. However, if I order something, for instance, meatballs, if they don’t have it I get a replacement like ground beef. I would rather they tell me they don’t have an item so I can decide on my options. Otherwise, have had positive results and would highly recommend them.

The deliveries were prompt, on time and well chilled. The quality of the cuts was fantastic, the variety was great for a small 6 cut box and not too overwhelming.

Only one issue
Everything was great except the steaks were wrapped together. Now I have to thaw both, cook them, then freeze one for later. Wrapping the steaks separately would be perfect 🤩

Honestly I thought this company was going to be different but unfortunately no, the same misrepresentation where you get promised super quality nd the reality is completely the opposite, I subscribe based on a promotion and after the first delivery the promotion apparently was not real, tried canceling of course I was already outside the “window frame” allowed to cancel, another false advertisement

Makes buying meat that has been…
Makes buying meat that has been ethically raised so much easier. I used to buy a cow to have butchered so that I knew where my meat came from. More meat than I needed so I always had to find someone to split it with. Cuts I didn't need. Nice to find a way to just buy smaller amounts and cuts I need and still feel that the animals were raised on small farms, avoiding feedlots.

Very disappointed
The website is confusing for selection of items. It takes you to the specials and add ons versus the standards. I signed up when they ran a promotion free burger or bacon with every order and after the third order a grill would be sent. I called and found out that’s not how it works very MISLEADING. I cancelled and the same day they shipped an order I hadn’t even had a chance to say what I wanted. Some of the packages were ripped. Some pieces of meat looked freezer burned. Other than the ribs I really didn’t notice any better taste from grocery store. Overall I felt duped and misled and very disappointed. Think twice before signing up.

To help clear up how our system operates: customer promotions (such as the Blackstone grill vs. a free item with every box) are separate introductory offers and cannot be combined. Regarding order cancellations, our subscription settings require updates to be made prior to your account's weekly cutoff date. Once a box enters processing to prepare fresh ingredients for shipment, it can no longer be halted or customized.
That being said, receiving ripped packages or freezer-burned meat is completely unacceptable. Please contact us at 1-929-203-4850 so our Customer Care team can make things right for the compromised products.
