Horrible customer service 😑

The lady that runs it is beyond disgustingly disrespectful as a cancer patient I'm absolutely appalled by her discard and dismissive behaviour after waiting years for a custom wig - I've been discriminated and treated very unfairly. Really un ethical also she keeps bumping up prices randomly when agreed to certain price just with in a year or 2 which shouldn't be a big jump really but she's almost doubled.. just very dodgy. Pls don't waste you'r money on this un ethical un kind - lack of human decency or any type of kosher behaviour is greatly lacking... not to mention the wigs are from cheap made china aswell... a friend said she bought a hair topper from them and it started shedding like crazy and doesn't sit securely enough too.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

I returned an unworn, unopened item and was shocked to discover that I would be charged a $150 restocking fee plus $39 in return postage. In all my years of online shopping, this is by far the most expensive return I have ever encountered.

I understand that businesses have operating costs, but charging $150 to restock an unworn and unopened item feels excessive and unreasonable. As a customer, it is difficult to understand how such a fee can be justified.

The reality is that purchasing wigs and hairpieces online is challenging. Customers often cannot determine the right color, density, style, or fit without seeing the item in person. Many people may need to make more than one purchase before finding the right piece. With fees like these, customers can end up spending hundreds of dollars in return costs alone, on top of already premium-priced products.

What makes this particularly disappointing is that many customers shopping for wigs are doing so during vulnerable and emotional times in their lives. Hair loss can have a significant impact on confidence and self-esteem. Instead of feeling supported, I felt penalized for trying to find a product that worked for me.

Because of this experience, I would not recommend this company to others. While I respect that every business must cover its costs, I believe these return policies place an unfair burden on customers and should be reconsidered.

I dont recommend Goldylost. I would purchase from Lusta who at least offers the first return for free

I previously purchased a topper from GoldyLost and had such a great experience that I came back for my second piece, this time a full wig.

Both times, the quality has been absolutely beautiful. The hair feels soft, natural, and blends so well. My topper gave me so much confidence, and now my wig has exceeded my expectations just as much. You can really tell care goes into their pieces.

Customer service has also been lovely and helpful throughout the process, which makes such a difference when you’re investing in hair.

So happy I found GoldyLost and I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for high quality wigs or toppers❤️

Goldylost exceeded my expectations. The hair feels genuinely high quality, soft, shiny, and full without looking bulky. The color and overall finish look natural, and the construction is comfortable and well made.

If you want a premium wig/topper that looks real and lasts, Goldylost is absolutely worth it.
