I would give zero stars if I could. I purchased a topper online and it was during their “spring sale” so everything was 20% off. What they don’t tell you (actually it’s in the fine print of your order confirmation- you know, that normally just confirms your order) is there are NO REFUNDS. I wanted to get a refund with my return because the quality was terrible. Visible knots and I got the best quality lace they provide. Frizzy, tangled, reminded me of synthetic hair. NOT IMPRESSED. So no I don’t want to exchange, I want my money back. Talking to customer service got me no where, they wouldn’t budge even though I had only received my packed 2 hours ago, opened it, took one look at the knots and packed it back up. I will never order from them again. It’s sad, I can’t imagine how many people they scam out of their money. Also, I wonder if they do this for any discount so if you buy from them read the fine print. No where in their advertising for the sale did it say no refunds. If you want AN AMAZING quality wig I recommend “What Wigs”. He uses HD lace and they are handmade and look 100X more natural and you can get a whole ass wig for $1500. This topper had like no hair and I got the 5cm for $850 normally $1000 like what. The only reason I tired this company is because I wanted to try a topper.. lesson learned. Buyer beware. Never again.

Not wanting to order a topper online I made an appointment for a consultation in Brooklyn. After traveling a great distance I was told that they did not have my color and it would have to be sent there from California. I never heard from them again. I had to pursue them to finally get another appointment several months later. The topper they showed me was supposedly virgin hair and needed a color service, over $400 more than the $1400 price for the topper. That took another month and another trip. The topper I ended up with feels like hay, looks terrible, and feels terrible. I had already paid for it so I was stuck. That system of a little cord that holds the topper on the head is uncomfortable and rolls up the back of my head. The hair is not silky and barely holds a set. It is not matched to my own bio color, which frankly is a lot more exciting than the dull rat's nest that I ended up with. My synthetic over the counter toppers at $150 look 10x better than this. I do not recommend this company at all. Customer service is totally lacking and they knew I left there very disappointed. $1800 wasted.

Paid $700 for a Milano Wigs hairline topper and it’s a total miss. Knots weren’t bleached (at this price, they should be), and the hairline wasn’t plucked, so it looked extremely wiggy. I’ve had wigs for a fraction of the cost that melt into my scalp with a natural hairline and bleached knots — this was the opposite.

It goes ear-to-ear, but on my smaller head it extended past my ears, so I couldn’t even tuck it back. Only wearable one way — down — and if the wind blows, you’re exposed. Can’t return it because I tried to fix it. Huge waste of money.

I got a human hair topper, and the quality and the look are simply amazing! The person helping me (booked a consultation online) had patience beyond what can be expected. I just ordered another piece and highly recommend Milano Wigs.

I bought a ponytail wig and it about a month. It started tangling really bad. I washed it, conditioned it, did a hair mask, used detangler, and hair oil. It still tangles. I’m brushing it several times a day. I contacted customer service and they asked for pictures. I sent them and no response.
