I have not received my wine or a reply to my email asking where it was delivered to!!!

The sherry I ordered weeks ago on 25 May never arrived. Despite 5 e-mails to you nothing has been done, my last two e-mails have been totally ignored. I have not received any updates for two weeks or any refund or the sherry. Truly dreadful service.

Easy to place order, and item received within delivery time scale.

No communication at all from the company until I received notification from UPS that they would be delivering but as I was not going to be in I arranged with them that I would collected from their local drop off shop which they verified. Well I received notification that it had been delivered but the picture was of someone elses porch NOT MINE. I had to walk round the road to see who had a porch and then knock on the door until I found my parcel

Easy to order fast and efficient delivery 3 to 5 days delivered next day. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and I recommend it

Order didn’t arrive in time despite paying extra for fast delivery. Then when it finally arrived they wouldn’t let me return the item (despite being allowed to in their own return policies). They kept hanging up on me, being rude and not sending return details or calling me back when they said they would. Called at least 12 times, and every time they had an excuse. Incredibly unimpressed and also out of pocket!

10 days still not received my order. Price gone up on product , so I’m buying less yet some how the weight charge has gone up as well?

I’ve received an email requesting a review of the wine, an email requesting a review of the business but I still haven’t received the wine and haven’t received any communication of when it will be delivered, despite several chasing emails.

I placed an order on 05/05/26, and now still waiting. very slow and didn’t give me the track number

Ordering was simple, but communication has been limited to none

Unfortunately my items never arrived (ordered in March, now its May). The company said they would send out another but they never did. I have been asking for a refund for over a month now and this hasn't been done. I have now had to get the bank involved to try recover the money. Please don't use this company.

Great experience

Very poor customer service. A gift bought was delivered to my address instead of alternative agreed address, verified by an email from me. Despite several further communications from me they have failed to collect and redirect as promised.
Totally disappointed with the service from this company. I would not recommend them.

Goldenacre Wines, I can tell you, are prompt, efficient, knowledgeable. Bang on the nail.

I still haven't recieved my order and can't track it.

Goldenacre Wines and Goldenacre Vape are a name only they are the Costcutter shop on Inverleith Row, Edinburgh.
I ordered a specific half-bottle of wine from them on March 15th 2026, it never arrived. Chased them, promised by Friday. It never arrived. Called again, asking for a refund, it never arrived. Called again asking for a refund, was told, "I will have to speak to the refund department" !!! Called again, refund never arrived. Called them again, told them I live in Edinburgh, I know exactly where their shop is, and if the refund didn't arrive in two days I would physically pay them a visit and demand cash from the till.
Refund arrived 21/4/26, which was in their best interests.
They lied to me on many occasions and only gave me a refund when I promised to pay them a visit.
They are NOT a wine shop.
Just a corner shop bunch of chancers.
I have my order number email, the refund date to my credit card, and the list of dates and times I called them.

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!!!!
