Great customer service
Great customer service. I purchased an ipad keyboard case and it had some annoying “glitches” which made it unusable. I emailed customer service and received a response in less than a day. They suggested I go through a series of re-starting, re-pairing, etc. which I did but problem didn’t go away. I sent another email reporting my results and they sent me a new one immediately. While we all don’t love receiving goods that are defective, it does happen sometimes and it’s how the company responds to such issues that ultimately counts. They didn’t run me around, argue with me, etc. and took care of the issue promptly and with concern of my satisfaction. Regarding the keyboard case, I love it. It’s great quality and pairs quickly and easily. The keyboard is solid with a good feel, especially for fast typing. It is substantial in weight so it sits securely on your lap without moving around. Closes and opens easily yet solidly. Very happy with it and love the location (on the side) of the slip tab for the Apple pencil (it doesn’t get in the way when opening and closing the case lid.

I recently purchased a case for my iPad. When I got it set up, I discovered that the iPad really doesn’t work. I have sent emails and phone calls but no one has gotten back to me. I gave this review one star because that was the lowest grade I could give them from my experience and they do not stand by the merchandise that they sell, but happily take your money. My advice is to stay far far away From Golden Cherry

BUYER BEWARE!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!!! I purchased both the so called magnetic pen and a keyboard case.
4 months down the track, they have both stopped working. I have emailed them several times but it so happens that they DO NOT OFFER ANY GUARANTEE on their products. Instead they are offering me to buy more of their crappy products at 50% off.
I wish I had seen the REAL REVIEWS earlier!!! Almost half the reviews are 3 stars or less…. Funnily enough none of these have made it to their website.
UPDATE - after their post asking me to contact them, I did… about 6 weeks ago. And still no response. So again, if you’re not up for wasting your money, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Return was seamless
I ordered an IPad case and I didn't care for its design - so I needed to return it. I sent an email to your customer service team who (within an hour!) sent me a detailed email with the steps I needed to take to make the return.
I just checked in to see how the return was coming along, again I got a response from your team (within an hour!) with an update.
My return has been processed!
I will definitely shop with Gold & Cherry in the future.

If it was avaibale I would not even give this company & its product 1 star. Ordered Ipad case and upon arrival quite a few keys do not respond or work. As per thier website customer service avaiable 24\7 is useless. the number with area code 302 just goes to voice mail and upon leaving message they do not respond. I think the reviews posted on their website might be paid customers other wise I would agree the the people who have posted negative reviews. Please do not order from this company you are better off ordering from Amazon where you would not be cheated out of your hard earned money.

I had a dispute about a refund that was offered online that the site would not allow me. An item was offered for $49.00 online, yet it showed of as $69.00 when I went to pay. I tried to log on repeatedly and got the same result. I made a note of this when I was notified that my order was on it’s way. Thank you for giving me my $20 refund. I am very pleased with your service and can’t wait to get my items.

Love my IPad keyboard case!
I loved my G&C keyboard case for my IPad, it basically made my laptop obsolete when traveling, so easy to use. However, one morning I spilled coffee on it and a few of the keys didn't work. I contacted support, knowing that the coffee mishap was on me and I probably didn't have any hope of replacing it without buying another. They immediately helped me buy another and offered a discount, which was going above and beyond. Support was very prompt and extremely helpful. Gold and Cherry, you have a customer for life. 5 stars!
