Website was easy to use , got good price for my phone . Really happy with the service and customer service was helpful and really nice will deffo will be using them again .

Avoid avoid avoid! Hugely downvalued my phone, then when you decline they keep offering you more until it says accepted… now no one is responding only getting automated emails and I have NOT accepted the offer! And they tell me payment is being processed- SCAM to force you sell for much less than value!

BE CAREFUL!
Their report drastically exaggerated the condition of the phone (there were non-existent scratches and dents mentioned) after the inital attractive online price (£140). They used this to reduce the offer price down to £47!!. A series of “one time offers” and “one more chance” saw an increase to £67 but I just didn’t like the dishonesty. After challenging them, they then contested the battery health, which while ~80%, is inline with expectation for this device and its age. Thankfully they sent it back to me, and even more thanks full was the fact it arrived in one piece, with very little packaging to protect it.

It’s clear their business model is quote high, lure them in, adjust the price and hope they get a good deal. I’m sure many just say go on then, but if you want what it’s worth… go elsewhere.

I got £140 locally through a phone exchange company, who also confirmed the excellent condition and expected battery health for this male/model in light of age.

This phone had been in a case from day one and put into its box when I upgraded. I had checked for scratches as had this problem before with another company.
Very disappointed to have offered reduced by £90.

I sent and iPhone 13 and iPad 10th Generation. I declined their revised offer at £140 last wednesday. Your automated email system completely ignores my rejection and keeps sending me messages telling me i HAVE to accept. This is illegal. I want a manager to manually process my rejection and send my devices back via Royal Mail immediately.

Pretty much robbed me!! Sent mu iphone in and after a few days i received an email saying they would take the phone but couldn’t as it was still logged into icloud. I followed there instruction and gave my log in details but was also able to remote log out via my macbook, every communication after that was the same generic email about the icloud logged in…. Finally managed to get somewhere and had an agreed they would send it back, its been two weeks now and they wont even reply back to my emails!!!

Payment came through quite quickly ,had a little problem at first with the phone i sent was still on my account ,but sorted it with some help

Withholding £300 payment & ignoring emails - Order 132287
Review: I accepted a valuation for my handset at 14:10 last week, 6th October 2026(Order 132287). The company has my phone in their possession but has failed to send my £300 payout. They advertise "instant same-day payment" on Instagram and their website but are completely ignoring my customer support emails. Shocking communication. Release my funds immediately.

I sent my s24 ultra Samsung to them just over a week ago they offered £450.
I received and email to say it's was only worth £5 due to scratches.
I asked to see picture if phone and they sent me a picture of an old s20 same colour as mine , this is not what I sent I explained this to them over email (I've asked multiple times for a manager to call me and they have not) they asked me to provide the iEMI number i have and they say they have no phone like this ( I am having this blocked with EE now) because I don't belive them.
My phone was less than 12 months old in great condition and a different model. Something has gone wrong here , I would avoid this company as I belive they are a scam, it can't be coincidence that the photo they sent me matches the make and colour as mine. I think they have faked this and as I cannot speak to someone or raise the complaint further they really do see a bad company.
