GoFibre gives a very professional, polite and efficient service.

Having booked an appropriate date and time of day for getting me connected to Go Fibre I was kept well informed as to the status of the technician on the day. He phoned me to check all was ok for his arrival and then texted me telling me he was on the way.
The technician was polite, respected the property, friendly and very professional and kept me informed as to what he’d be doing. The small amount of dust from drilling was cleared up immediately!
Upon completion of the work he ‘hooked’ me up to the WiFi on 3 different devices (I am so not technical!)
What an asset to Go Fibre this young man is - fantastic !

Have had Go-Fibre for past 2 years

Have had Go-Fibre for past 2 years, now we are moving house to a location they don't service. They are asking for £200.00 cancellation fee. Would have been happy to continue the service but they don't service the area. Will never recommend or use Go-Fibre again, check the contract details you never know when you may move house.

Thank you for sharing this, we’re really sorry to hear how disappointing this experience has been for you.

We completely understand why this feels especially frustrating when you were happy with the service and would have continued with us if we’d been able to support your new address. Moving home is stressful enough without having to worry about things like this on top.

While we are expanding our network, there are still areas we unfortunately don’t yet cover, and we appreciate how disappointing that can be when relocating. Charges like the one you’ve mentioned are linked to the original agreement, but we do recognise that situations like this can feel unfair when there’s no option to transfer the service.

We’d genuinely like to look into this for you and make sure everything has been handled correctly. If you’re open to it, one of our friendly local customer service team can call you, referencing this review, and we’ll be happy to review your account and talk things through.

Thank you again for taking the time to leave feedback, it’s really important to us and helps inform how we improve going forward.

Customer service is great and the service it's self is great but having to pay for an individual IP address to use an Xbox without issues is annoying.

For an extra £1 per month to get upgrade from 150 to 300 bpms is a no brainer, could not turn it down.All done in a couple of days. First class service.

Definitely one star experience and they are evan lucky to get that!!!!

My experience with Go Fibre is that it will not work properly and has no affecting my television as well. No picture or dialogue for long periods. Also broadband keeps cutting off especially when working on projects.It just seems to go down and I have lost the work I have done. I have contacted them on numerous occasions but they state it could be my laptop which I purchased one year ago. The problem I had with my last provider was cost as this is cheaper but I would rather pay that go through this experience all the time
