Amazing communication and super fast service.

My first gaming pc, and its amazing. it runs all the games i want it to at high graphics, and smooth fps. i no longer suffer the poor lag like experience of a laptop. and the customer help is top, i had a little trouble understanding the pc at first, but thanks to Tom i now understand.

Ordered the CPU was in stock. Happy that I could call and get a real person on the phone to confirm it was on the shelf. Made a small mistake online ordering it used the phone again to fix that issue no problems. Very happy with the service.

Purchased the prophet pc about a month ago, brought on Sunday and arrived that Friday, pc runs amazing no problems with the system very good price and performance. Godmode was very generous and gave me a free upgrade from the 4070s to the 4070ti which I much appreciate. customer service was very good, no complaints or problems with anything, will 100% buy from here again.

Very efficient delivery time and great messages with status

Tom was awesome to work with. I got an amazing computer for my Computer Graphic studies about a year ago. Then, I wanted to upgrade RAM and add another SSD to it. He overnighted it and helped answer my questions concerning installation. Made the experience amazing and thankful to have his help with the PC hardware, which I was a newb at. Thanks Tom and Godmode!

fastest delivery i saw it was coming from south island to auckland so i thought yea its gonna take like a week but to my surprise it was at my door after a day

First of all, out of any competitors, Godmode PCs was by far the cheapest I found in my budget range. I was saddened to see when I was just about to purchase my PC, they sold out. But this is a 5 star review… I emailed Tom, owner of Godmode, about the issue. Tom instantly replied, explaining that it was only sold out due to being out of stock of CPUs for the build. He offered a solution. Instead of just telling me to wait until he received more stock, he offered me compromise. For slightly extra cost, he could install a CPU for me that he had in stock that was slightly better than the intended CPU fit for the PC. He explained he would set up a private invoice to my custom PC and that I could purchase it when I was able to. Although most businesses should have that type of customer service, it gave me a happy smile on my face knowing I was buying from a person who truly cares for their customers. Tom, thank you for all your help. Not only did you help me during the transaction, but you helped me on a few problems I faced when my PC delivered.

Unfortunately, the courier service did give my PC a few battle scars through delivery. Luckily, they aren’t affecting the PCs ability to run optimally.

I would highly reccomended Godmode PCs as you won’t be disappointed by their pricing, or their service.
