I bought the Phantom. I picked custom changes (GPU upgrade and PSU upgrade) and they accommodated so quickly. Made the changes, tested and shipped with it arriving in less than a week. It was packed with extreme care especially as it was transit to Christchurch region. The PC itself is beautiful and powerful. Very happy!!

I know nothing about PCs and my teen son wanted one for Xmas. These guys were helpful in recommending something suitable to his needs and within my budget. It arrived quickly, expertly packaged and my son said it is a fantastic PC, he loves the look and the performance. Highly recommend these guys!!!

Overall build quality is good, price vs. performance is good, packaging and instructions were great but the lack of customer support is not good and why I have awarded 4 stars. I emailed half way through the build process after not having an update for days and had no reply. I also paid for overnight shipping, which unfortunately was not overnight. Unsure if that’s on the courier company or them but it was delayed by an extra 4 days. Disappointing really. I emailed again to ask for a partial refund which again I did not receive a reply. Makes me wonder how it would go down if I had any problems with warranty. Overall happy but with the product but not the buying experience. Thanks ghostly engines.

would highly recommend ghostlyengines to anyone looking for a pre built pc. there website is easy to use, prices are fair, and have options from budget to expensive. I had an issue with there website showing incorrect information and they responded to my email within 24hours which was awesome. the pc arrived super fast well packaged and looking awesome.

Amazing Prebuilt. Love it, worth the money. Would recommend others if they want to avoid mistakes on building their pc themself.
