I laughed and joked with Xavier throughout my deliberations regarding the Nobel Icon chair on 15th August 2025 and reflected on how easy it was to make the decision to purchase the product without any qualms whatsoever. Xavier was patient, courteous, very professional and even gave me a discount – whoa!! The communications via email were sharp and responsive. As for the chair, I reclined it while working at my desk today at home, just for a few minutes to de-stress and fell asleep for 3 hours. I woke up with a shock because I missed picking up my nephew from work. That is how amazing it was. Many thanks to Xavier at Computer Lounge.

I have been shopping with Computer lounge for a while now. My experience has always been a high satisfied one, I recently ordered some back-ordered RAM for my system and the customer service there went above and beyond to take the time to explain to me some of the important particulars in regards to my system , to ensure I was making the correct purchase. You simply don't get this level of service anymore. So seeing this old school approach, was really refreshing. I gave this 5/5 stars.

Love the PC it run really smooth

I purchased two stream decks from this company, lured by their claim that the product supports audio adjustments in any program. Unfortunately, that turned out to be false advertising.

When I tried to return the product the next day, I was met with unreasonable resistance despite being well within their return policy. They demanded proof, which I promptly provided, only to be told they would "investigate." 10 days went by with no updates, even though they had my contact information. I had to physically go back to the store to follow up, only to be dismissed with an attitude of, "That’s your problem, not ours."

The staff was rude, unhelpful, and condescending throughout the process. It was a humiliating experience that left me feeling both disgusted and powerless. Their return policies are shady, and their business practices are outright unethical.

If you’re considering buying from this company, I strongly urge you to reconsider. Even if the same product is more expensive elsewhere, you’ll be better protected and treated with basic respect. I certainly wouldn’t give them another dollar of my money.

Easy to use website so I always go to computer lounge first to look for things. Bought a kinda niche item and had an email soon after ordering that they would be getting a shipment from that supplier soon.

I recently bought a graphics card from computer lounge, on there website it said they had them in stock although as it turns out they don't. I emailed them enquiring about it but got no response, I then called them and they said they would refund my money. its now over a week later and STILL have not received my money back as I am writing this, if I don't get it soon I will be going to CGA.

First time ordering from Computer Lounge, so initially I was a bit skeptical, but they stock some products that no one else in NZ does, so I decided to give them a shot.

Their website is great, and was easy to navigate. My order shipped out the same day, and arrived the following morning. Will definitely be shopping here again!

Bought a few computers off these guys before in the past, great customer service and very knowledgeable about everything to do with computers and peripherals. picked up a keyboard a few months back and it’s been amazing, they guided me through the whole custom keyboard route and were really helpful about it. Excited about their new keyboard releases I see they just booked on their website. Will be buying more from them 100% recommend !
