perfect shopping, fast delivery

Very late been posted I even had to email to find where order was and was assured it was been sent that day, however still had to wait a further two to get. Email saying it’s been posted however item has still not arrived nearly 3 weeks later, won’t be using again

Ordered a dive computer and was told 7-10 days, fair enough. But it took 29 days to arrive. I had to repeatedly chase up delivery, because no one at Go Dive could be arsed to keep me informed. Even then return emails were simply, ‘we’re waiting for stock’, no apology, anticipated date or even a name.

I even contacted my credit company to initiate a refund. Very disappointing.

I made a mistake with my order. Got in touch with a person who sorted it out. The item I required was out of stock. But they got in touch with the supplier and came back with a realistic delivery date which was meet.

I was looking for a drysuit and I was able to call up and speak to GoDive over the phone to ask a few questions about the drysuit. Following purchase the item arrived extremely quickly (~48-72hr) and although the item wasn't suitable (in terms of fit), a refund was promptly offered. Brilliant customer service so would have no issues purchasing from them again.

Yet again, the dry suit order that has not been fully fulfilled coming onto nine months set of dry gloves along with the dry suit,. Still waiting for the dry gloves from fourth element and Go Dive. Can’t believe there are bickering who is going to send them. I have now asked for a refund as I’m sick of the merry-go-round of lies are nothing a joke of a company.

I was looking for an Ali 7 litre deco cylinder. The Go Dive website offered a great price and was easy to navigate. I Emailed to check the item was in stock and got a reply right back. From first looking at the site to delivery was just 2 days and the cylinder arrived well packed and in perfect condition. What more could you ask?
