Only delivers one of two orders and that only had two of three items.

Half the order never arrived with no explanation. The items that did arrive I wouldn’t have bothered ordering and not did do to pack the order out.

Speedy delivery and great responses to my follow up questions. Great product knowledge and passion for the subject

Not great really.

Ordered some items on 30th July, on 31st had an email saying one item out of stock. Asked them to send the rest.

By 9th August, nothing had been dispatched and I was due to leave for the Caribbean on Monday 12th. I called and was told there were other items out of stock. I agains said cancel those items and if they couldn't get it to me next day to cancel the whole thing as I was leaving the country and would not be there to receive it on Monday. Assured they would send next day but nothing arrived. The refund was not processed till 10th August and so I assume they forgot. I phone again on 10th August and was told probably would arrive on Sunday. It didn't and so I had to leave without my order. I will not be back in the UK for some time.

Several contacts, no real action. No follow up to check it had worked out. Still trying to work out how to send them an email as messages coming from 'no reply'.

Shame really.

I found the product I was looking for at the best price by far. Easy to purchase with quick delivery and regular updates of delivery status throughout the process.

3 weeks after ordering, the goods have not arrived.

The ease of ordering new cylinders and a good purchase price, not rip off!
I would have appreciated better communication regards delivery day and time!

Item was out of stock when ordered, but GoDive kept me informed throughout. Item still arrived in good time.

I ordered a twinset that needed to be shipped in from overseas. They communicated clearly and the product arrived as advertised!

Super fast delivery - I ordered Tuesday lunchtime, and the items arrived before Wednesday lunchtime. Phoned then prior to placing the order and was told two out of four items were awaiting stock, but lead times were too long for me to wait, so ordered those two items elsewhere.

Would definitely use them again, but would appreciate if the website reflected stock availability and lead times.
