Although I reside in the United States, a charming village nestled in northwest Clare, where my grandmother grew up, holds a special place in my heart. It’s a place I visit only a few times a year, and during these visits, I’ve had the privilege of meeting some truly remarkable individuals. Recently, one of these wonderful people experienced a profound loss. At the recommendation of a friend, I promptly reached out to Go Dutch Flowers, and they were more than accommodating. They promptly delivered a beautiful bouquet on the very day I placed my order. To top it off, they even sent me a video of the bouquet before the delivery, ensuring that I was completely satisfied with their work and service.

Shocking flowers, I ordered flowers for delivery on Thursday the 13th to be delivered on the 15th. I purchased the flowers in person and I got two hydrangeas a blue and peach coloured with a lily. The hydrangeas were completely the wrong colours, the lily was green with no colour when it was ,want to be pink and little greenery with them also they were all starting to die. The phone number on the package was wrong when arrived, the name was spelt incorrectly. I tried contacting them with phone multiple times to no answer, emailed them with no response. Terrible flowers and customer service I would recommend to avoid at all cost.

Very disappointed in the service. Ordered flowers in plenty time for Valentine’s Day. Non contact or anything from them no flowers delivered until late on the 15. And the flowers had already started to die. For the price of them not acceptable

I ordered flowers for Valentine's on the the 9th of February, so plenty of time for them to prepare and organise delivery. Well no contact from them, no tracking, day comes and goes no flowers. Valentines day was on Friday and DPD won't deliver them till Monday at the earliest, 3 days after they were supposed to arrive. I have tried calling and emailing them multiple times now but no answer or response

Absolutely no idea what time the flowers will arrive.
It's 8:30 on valentines day and still no flowers or any contact about them. They were ordered over a week ago. Shocking service.

No flowers ever arrived after spending 120 euro for valentines bouquet, chocolates and delivery.
There was no contact and no apology.

An error in my order occurred & the wrong bunch of flowers arrived.
I contacted Go Dutch & they rectified it very quickly, resending the correct flowers.
This was very much appreciated as this was for a special birthday.
Will definitely return with further business going forward.
