I always use Go Dutch for flowers for my mom for occasions. The flower arrangements are always stunning and the video of the flowers gets sent to me prior to delivery to my mom. It is great to have the option for collection from the store also.

Always happy with the lovely arrangements they make up and their customer service is great. I love the fact you get a video of the final product as I live overseas, so it’s great to see the finished product.

Ordered flowers and a balloon, driver lost the balloon and gave a box of chocolate as an apology, I called afterwards asking if they can send me another balloon and the woman on the phone just said “but you got a box of chocolates!” Well I didn’t order a box of chocolates now did I? She asked for my number to check with the driver if that’s possible and then never got back to me, great customer service !
