Same day delivery was promised for Dublin and Galway at checkout. I ordered on Sunday for delivery on Monday. Instead, after ordering, I received an email on Monday saying Dublin was outside of this (contrary to the info provided at checkout) and my flowers were being handed to DPD for delivery on Tuesday. However, they weren't even delivered that day, they weren't delivered till Wednesday. Fresh flowers prepared Monday morning sat with DPD for two full days before delivery. And were delivered on the wrong day for the occasion. The information on delivery provided at checkout was entirely misleading.

What made my experience great is that I forgot to check the box for delivery and GoDutch emailed me to make sure that this was correct as I had ordered flowers to be delivered to the same house previously. I'm grateful because I couldn't collect the lovely bouquet from their shop and would have been disappointed if the flowers weren't delivered on time as a birthday gift.

While there was no issue with the flowers, the order was not delivered until 19.50 on mothers day. Numerous phone calls and emails unanswered. In addition, a plain yellow balloon was included as opposed to the superior mothers day balloon as shown on the website and order confirmation. Disappointing given the order was placed over a week in advance with a significant delivery charge included.

I would advise everyone not to deal with this business in Galway.
After completely messing up my mothers day order and flowers not received, they now no longer answer the telephone or emails to customer service about refunds. Appalling. Do not do business with them.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for Mother’s Day to be delivered to my house as I am away for work. I received confirmation of delivery but the flowers have yet to be delivered. I have received no communication from this company apart from automated emails stating that my flowers are on the way . I am extremely disappointed by this lack of communication and service from Go Dutch and will not be doing any business with them in future.

Avoid this business. Not my first time dealing with them but they always fail to deliver quality service. Charge premium prices and do not live up to this. I ordered two bouquets of flowers for my mother and mother in law for Mother’s Day and they arrived during the night when Mother’s Day was over or very early the next day. The flowers were just left at the door no one informed my mom they were there. Completely missed Mother’s Day. They then would not answer the phone and the flowers delivered were not as nice at all as those photographed on the website. They were 90 euro I expected premium flowers. Not to mention I paid 5 euro for delivery down the road from the shop as I was not around to collect the flowers myself. As I said not my first time dealing with them but it will be the last. Do not waste your money on this company they are shocking bad

Excellent customer service. Lovely touch with the video clip of my order, which was very helpful as I was ordering from Australia for my mum back home in Ireland. Perfect delivery also. Would highly recommend Go Dutch Flowers.
