Engineer #306 was punctual, extremely courteous and performed required task efficiently, whilst taking the time to answer my questions, giving clear, concise explanation of problem and process for rectifying.

He is exemplary example of a skilled and trusted trades person.

Engineer was punctual (to the minute!)
Polite. Showed me what was wrong with my boiler and what he was going to do to fix it. Cleaned up and took all old components and packaging away with him.
Engineer was called Ryan(number 260) would ask for him if there is a next time.

I would not recommend Glowwormboilers.
I was toldwI needed a Combi boiler and a Glowworm one was installed in the summer.
All was fine until the frost and cold a few days ago.
It takes well over 2 hours for the boiler to get to the required temperature for heating- an increase of only a few degrees- which is not good for elderly people.
I contacted the technical people but they eventually said I needed someone but having been charged thousands to have the boiler, I do not want to pay yet more call-out charges.

We had a Glow Worm boiler fitted 4 years ago and have had it serviced every year so I was disappointed that it started to leak from the heat exchanger and the boiler stopped working. Valliant arranged for an engineer to come and check the system and Paul172 came the next day. He confirmed the faulty heat exchanger. Paul immediately arranged for a new heat exchanger to be delivered under warranty. He kept us informed throughout the process. He did an excellent and professional job when he returned. He is also thoroughly nice chap! Thank you!

Our 13 year old boiler packed in with a fault showing. A local plumber couldn’t fix it but recommended glow worm one off repair plan. We paid for this online ans two days later Chris 632 came out and found the problem straight away. We had to order a new heat exchanger through glow worm and he came out a couple of days later to replace it. There were a couple of other issues he found with the boiler but he fixed them all and we had heating again after two weeks of the boiler not working. Over all cost £550 inc vat but we felt for the issue we had it was worth this one off payment considering the parts and labour would have been more if we had went elsewhere where. Can’t fault this service at all.

my boiler was broken down. I arranged a one off repair costs me £399. Their customer service quickly arrange a visit with their engineer James next day. James had a good communication before and after his repair. He told me what problem of boiler and what parts he replaced. Honestly their price is not cheap but it's worth the money you paid. They offer professional advice and service at their own brand of products. If you have a glow worm products, you won't find a better engineer than theirself. Happy customer

Excellent from start to finish. Educated us thoroughly on the use of everything. Resolved the problem and very friendly. Engineer that arrived today is a total credit to the company.

Our nine year old Glow worm combi boiler has been problematic since the get go. We have been sent incompetent Vaillant engineers and been fobbed off by customer services. As we hit the cold season the now annual issues with this boiler, this time a pressure sensor is faulty AGAIN, are surfacing. Nine years on and we will be onto our third (and possibly forth) pressure sensor.
Nothing inside the casing is now original, as the parts began failing after week 2 of installation!
We now have a competent heating engineer providing life support for this Glow worm rubbish, he informs me that a boiler should "be good for 15 years". Well, Glow worm didn't manage 15 days.
Don't buy one, don't use their engineers and beware that their approved engineers do not follow correct and safe installation instructions.
I won't ever have a Glow worm or Vaillant product anywhere near my home ever again.
Update following their reply: I have supplied my details to Glow worm so we will see how long it takes them to reply in a meaningful way on here. Don't hold your breath folks, they are slippery and have already tried (and failed) to get my review removed by Trust Pilot. This is a genuine review of an awful company.

originally when we purchased the house it had glow worm boiler so we just replaced it with same brand as we were happy with the old one.

Had a new boiler installed. Not worked properly since the day it’s been fitted. Tried contacting Glow-worm to come out and sort it and they’re a complete waste of time. Have a new born baby in the house no heating and no hot water. They people on the other end of the phone are absolutely useless not interested in trying to help or sort anything for you at all. DO NOT BUY A BOILER FROM GLOW-WORM. Terrible company selling a absolutely sh*t product

Genuinely don’t expect amazing service from anyone anymore, but this really was a surprise to me.

Moved into a new home, boiler worked seemingly well but with a loud rumbling pump…

Called Glow worm having had some pretty high quotes from independents. They were cheaper than the quotes received, i’m insured against breakdowns for 6 months, they booked an engineer who turned up same day!

He didn’t have the pump as it was an updated part with updated wiring, but said he’d put an order request in. Then arrived the following morning and it had been completed before 10am! Seriously efficient service

Great customer service from the engineer Nathan, texting eta’s etc. (BA14 area), very reassuring
