It has to be the worst restaurant in Manchester for service! Absolutely appalling. Totally ignored and made to feel small like your not good enough. Very rushed. Awful waiters and even worst management! How this place survives we will never know. All I can say is NEVER AGAIN!

Went to Ginos in Hull for a meal last night with my lovely daughter. We had the sharing steak and it was cooked perfectly to our taste (medium rare). Service, as always was spot on. Tony was our waiter, he was polite, friendly etc. Total credit to the restaurant. Our food server was Will, he also was polite. Thanks guys can’t wait to come back x 💞

The Springs Leeds - 15-04-21 absolutely disgraceful. The pictures I have of the food that we went to collect and paid nearly £65 for was not fit for a dog. It was served as slop. They run out of burgers so sent a chicken that was not even cooked. The lasagna was so over cooked it had gone to pure mush. Wrong garlic bread sent and no cheese for the lasagne. The staff was extremely rude and was whispering amongst themselves. I feel really hurt because I’ve worked for the NHS through the whole of the pandemic and on my first full week off I treated myself to two Gino meals because I enjoyed the 1st one so much. Sort the springs at Leeds out please Gino because they are really letting your Park Row restaurant down immensely.

GINO’s Birmingham... visited several times before and been happy... New UK restrictions in place, had a long time to get ready for outside dining and really not set up for UK weather... not covered, there’s a couple of umbrellas! Not one heater, it was freezing...... cocktail was poor, full of ice with a straw that disintegrated half way through.... disappointing all round, staff seemed stressed, waited 15mins for drinks... and wasn’t busy! Wrap up warm if it’s not a hot day!

I ordered the seafood linguini from the ginodcampo2go.com website. It is one of my favourites having had it several times in the restaurant. The dish features two large King prawns on top. When mine arrived only the heads of the prawns were on the dish like a garnish. Either the delivery driver had helped himself to the beautiful meat or times are really hard for Gino. The rest of the order for three was as expected.

Ok so I didn't visit a restaurant but I did buy an overpriced frozen meal from Iceland.

Yuk just awfal the cheese is like plastic I get rind of aubergine and for £3 sorry I expected more than watery tomato sauce rind of aubergine and plastic cheese.

Food when dining in is terrific. We use the Harrogate branch and the staff are first class. However, delivery is another matter. We have used Deliveroo three times for a Gino meal and it always arrives cold which is very disappointing. Hope you can sort that out.

We visited Gino’s in Harrogate for the first time tonight. Food was excellent, service was very good too, and would have given 5 stars... however, our experience was not an enjoyable one because of all the children who were constantly running around the restaurant.
It built up and became relentless during our 90 min visit, where about 10 children kept running through the diners and up and down the stairs in groups of between 3 and 5 - with an occasional break when reprimanded by staff (only to start again a few minutes later). Kids running around here really was wrong time / wrong place and would have been annoying anytime - but tonight made us feel that we were not in COVID safe environment.

We recently went to Harrogate Gino di Campo. Manager was walking around with face mask hanging off one ear all evening. With Covid situation this was not acceptable. The waitress was very attentive but this does not allow for this blatant disregard for customer safety. We will not be returning.

Quick coffee break at Gino’s in Hull. Only had coffee and cake, which was gorgeous but treated no different to having a meal. Great service from Mia. Thank you

Liverpool restaurant - Only went for drinks, but it took us 10 mins to get a menu, this was after being ignored by various staff until we managed to get the attention of a waiter. We then had to flag another one down to order some wine. Another 15 mins later, still no drinks so we left. They didnt even notice. The attitude of the staff absolutely stinks. Avoid at all costs!

We had a family meal in Leeds- the staff could not cope with the numbers. Food was good when it arrived.

Visited Gino's Leeds for a special occaision. Food was OK but nothing special. I had Risotto which was bland, my son had Pizza and he said it was nice. Good atmostphere but struggles trying to cater for the masses. Had to wait nearly an hour between starters and mains. No apologies from the staff. Went a few months ago and got similar service, hoping this time it would be different - it wasn't. Wont be going again!

Gino’s Birmingham - took no less than 10 phone calls to actually speak to someone, over a month in advance to get a Saturday booking. Venue looks amazing but that’s where it stops.
Sharing steak was as flavoursome as plasterboard, the vegetarian in our group was served a pasta dish with bacon (she found out by eating it), cheese board was the worst I’ve ever seen. Empty wine bottles left on the table even after we ordered more! To top it off we were charged service for group of four after the meat blunder.
Genuinely never go there again. Had better meals in a pub for half the price!

We have visited several Ginos restaurants and NEVER had a bad meal or poor service. We regularly dine at the Leeds Thorpe Park restaurant which has an great atmosphere. The staff couldn’t be more friendly and accommodating and there is a real sense of family about the team. What we like is the versatility of the restaurant that caters for different occasions. From a quick cappuccino or glass of Prosecco with lunch to fine dining Ginos is a great place to go thanks to Fabio, Victor , Adam and the team at the Springs.

Club individual - none existent customer service? won't reply to emails at all

We booked the restaurant in Liverpool for a birthday meal for 5. The food and restaurant was very nice but the service and unfriendly staff let it down. After paying the bill we did not get so much as goodbye. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

Unfortunately we also had a bad experience at Gino's in Harrogate. We were in a hurry to go to the Harrogate Conference Centre and the lady on reception got us a table for 3 straightaway.

The starter (Garlic bread) arrived and although we asked for side plates, the waiter looked at us as if we were mental. He couldn't really understand English and it showed. Hence no side plates appeared.
When the food arrived it was too salty, my wife's was swimming in oil ( and I mean swimming) and my mothers was burnt (the Lasagne). When we looked over the chief was being shouted at by the manager and was having a bad day.
All in all we won't be returning, which is a pity for Gino's as we have spent quite a lot of money in the past with them.
