Ginger Energy has a very simple and easy-to-use customer interface and their mobile site is really great! Transaction history, Billing, readings etc are all easily managed online.
The customer service staff has been polite and helpful whenever I have called through or emailed. Keep up the good work.

Precise information and prompt response

We’re at a crucial stage of selling our leasehold flat in a building in which Ginger Energy are responsible for utilities. It’s been tortuous trying to get the correct information about who the utility suppliers are and Anna Bennett, Business Support Executive at Ginger Energy was superb! She listened to my request for information , checked she understood what I was looking for and in 5 minutes supplied what I’d been looking for since mid-December. Unfortunately the first person I emailed in her company signposted me off to the building management company who gave me the wrong information and then sent me back to Ginger! Anna has saved the day (and probably our sale as our buyer was getting fed up with delays) She exemplifies excellent customer care. Thank you Anna!
