Guardianhost entered a merger with Ghostnodes in good faith, expecting a cooperative partnership. Unfortunately, Ghostnodes’ owner completely abused that trust. After gaining access to shared resources, he took over customer data, demanded ownership of the community Discord server, and when this was refused, deleted the server entirely.

Afterward, he removed and replaced much of the original Guardianhost team. I was the CTO at the time, and I was personally banned from the Ghostnodes Discord after questioning him about my review. He only left one “owner” account, but considering he had just raided and deleted the partner’s server, it’s very unlikely that person still holds any real permissions or control.

When I first shared this experience here on Trustpilot, Ghostnodes attempted to have my review taken down by misusing the “report illegal content” feature. They are now requiring reviewer verification — seemingly as a way to discourage or silence negative feedback.

At the time of this review, their website still uses a publicly available template, which reflects poorly on their professionalism and originality.

Nothing changes the facts:
• They deleted a partner’s server intentionally
• They removed or banned staff who questioned them
• They tried to suppress legitimate criticism instead of addressing it

They are unreliable, constantly rebranding after every mistake and reopening their business under a new name. It’s frustrating and shows just how poor their reputation becomes each time they try again, while also making it clear they’re running from accountability. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them unless you’re prepared to be stuck in an endless loop, bouncing from one “new” host to another — all owned by the same people.

Update: In response to my review, the company posted a reply threatening to have it taken down. This confirms my concerns about their lack of accountability. I have a screenshot of their original response should they choose to delete it.

2nd Update: They flagged my review as 'Illegal or harmful' in an attempt to make the review go offline by trustpilot which didnt work which shows how unethical their actions are.

Ghost kindly made me an offer that we instantly took and that offer was the best idea yet, We now have a good working server and soon were going to release!

Horrible support, unprofessional behavior. The've rebranded 3 times now and the new owner seems to have taken guardianhost by force. He raided their discord server and stole their infastructure.
