Even off hours their support was fairly quick and responsive, along with the staff being friendly as well, and the servers being amazingly priced, with great performance, i have one of the cheaper plans yet it still runs great!
Choosing Alyrix Cloud to host my server was the best choice i made. The Performance and the security made by hard work by their Team has really amazed me in the past 1 month of using it.

This is probably the best customer service ive ever seen, my card declined since it was hacked before and stripe didnt allow it (thats on me) and they helped me use another payment method and that worked great. They provide help with the servers itself by stuff like installing server software like "ShreddedPaper" and optimizing the server. The host is also REALLY cheap and great for the price.
What a great hosting provider, its cheap and the staff are so helpful i recommend using them im getting 0 lag rn

They frequently keep changing their name and their Discord server, saying they are discontinuing support on the old one and that everyone must join the new one. This happens often and gets quite annoying.
They also don't have a Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), or Terms of Service (ToS). I would be careful and ask them what they do with your data; without these documents, the company practically has no contract with you and could technically ban you for no reason.
They also take a really long time to respond to simple stuff.
Overall, if you're looking for a long-term solution, I believe this is not the right place.
