Just be Very careful with the quote the give and what you end up paying
I am exchanging my car on Monday, 20/7/26. I rang GoSetGo to change my policy documents. They quoted me 64.88 to change. They emailed me 63.67 to change, then charged me 71.91, they said, due to the grouping, this was now the correct price. This was all in the same day and only minutes apart. My renewal is coming up in August, and I doubt it will be with GoSetGo

Disgraceful carry on.
Trying to charge me money eventho i cancelled my renewal a day before the policy was activate, within my 14 day cooling off period. Sent to an email address they said to write to. They never replied, so i had to contact them a day after the policy was activated, and then they tried to charge me because it was active 1 day, because they didn't check the email i sentbor didn't bother replying to it ever. I only found out, because i had to chat online with them.
Holding my information hostage, until i pay said unlawful fees.
Was blocked out of the online portal for most of last year, for nothing.
Kept saying yous sent me my NCB cert in an email and bybpost which yous did not. If yous did why would i spent over an hour out of my life each time contacting yous about said information.

Very quick and easy renewal process…
Very quick and easy renewal process however it can be difficult to get to speak to a person. It is hard to find a contact phone number on the site. Maybe you should also consider providing access to a person as is a essential and necessary requirement of any service. (Banks are now required to provide this as people have difficulty when they cannot speak to a person).

While we do not accept incoming calls, we do currently have a call back request system in place for our Call Centre team to contact you, these call back requests are returned within 24-48 hours and can be requested through our online chat facility. All call backs are processed in date and time order to be fair to all customers, at busy periods the call wait time may vary.

My third year with Get Set Go , fantastic customer service always ring you back when you need to speak to them as there is no phone line , which some customers might find a bit off putting because sometimes you need to speak to someone but you send a message and someone always promptly returns a call and premium always cheaper than anyone else and great cover . All customer service agents are helpful friendly and l have only had very positive dealings .I am very happy with Get Set Go would recommend to my friends
