Sky high insurance
Ok get set go has gaven me good motor insurance cover this the second year ive been with them.....but my 2 stars is 100% down too price am driving 22 years 6 years n.c.b an price yet go's up like over 3 years my insurance gone up by near £500 really how can insurance companies account for this as ive made no claims or points in four years....? Bar that staff are friendly website can be abit tricky tho am not good with computer could be more to do with it

Car insurance
I'm glad that so many had a good experience however I will not be renewing with them as I didn't find the process easy, there's no one answers the phone, and my questions weren't answered on line. I feel more reassured that a company is legitimate if they have an office you can call into if you have any problems. The only good thing was the price but that's of no use if they are not legit.

Feeling scammed
i paid £548.46 on 16th Sept which was the deposit and 1 months car insurance payment. on the 11th Oct Getsetgo cancelled my insurance and said it was the underwriters decision and couldn't give me a reason. They said they would refund £169.09 as they had to take intermediary commission of £276.76, £55 cancellation fee (they cancelled policy not me). £15 DD fee & £1 to charity.
I asked them why did they accept the policy agreement for 30 days then cancel?
I am trying to liaise with their customer services team, though they have to stick to their rules and tick boxes.
This just isn't right!!

Unfortunately no stars allowed,I'm currently with these guys and from day one I was given an absolute run around,,,this form is not visible,this form is incorrect dates,the time frame between communication is appalling,,don't get me started on the message portal,,you can not ring them so you have to text through a text portal,the answers are short and sweet ,and then while your typing your next question to ask,your being asked is there anything else we can help you with,but now we get to a missed direct debit,,,18 euro missed charge that's right everyone 18 euro missed charge which gets added to your usual monthly installment,you request a supervisor to ring you back and when they do they have to go and verify why the 18 euro charge is in place,,,my bank didn't understand it but apparently it's getsetgo bank that charges them so therefore they charge me,, little strange if you ask me,,there bank is going in looking for money from me for them it's not there so that's a me problem,I default with my bank I pay my bank the fee,, absolutely strange guys,,watch this before you sign up,will I be renewing of course NOT....
Will be looking for definition of adminstration fees,(18 euro ) and taking it up with the ombudsman complaints and let's see if we can get this charge explained a little better 👍
