We spoke to a guy name Adam who came out gave us a quote for a new boiler, (quote is free). We had a back boiler with immersion heater and instead wanted a combi boiler and new location. He quoted a very good and competitive price. I needed it done ASAP and he said two works with work over two days. I was very impressed! The work was carried out by a couple of people that are employed with eco boiler (no third party) and removed the old boiler, the gas fire, new plumbing around the home, removed the water tanks from loft, located and installed a new combi boiler all within two days. They were respectful and stayed later to make sure the job was done. They kept the hoise clean from mess and very polite! They even capped off our cooker for us when we asked. They even do a full flush and make sure everything works before leaving. Absolutely amazing and definitely will use again for services. The head office was lovely and understanding with invoices. Just a great experience!

Had new boiler installation from Eco-boiler last October
Boiler working well but have had nothing but trouble with a room thermostat which was also installed. Have tried phoning and sent e- mails numerous times without any response.The bungalow is either to cold or to hot!
We did have an older thermostat which worked fine
so obviously there is a problem.
Having spent a lot of money surely we deserve better customer satisfaction.

First class service from start to finish with Adam who carried out the survey being thorough and knowledgeable.
Jake the engineer, demonstrated true professionalism and a strong work ethic as he replaced a 40-year-old boiler.
I would happily recommend Eco Boiler to friends and family.

After having tradesmen to do work in our house through the years and having been ripped off on many occasions I was very apprehensive about having my boiler done and choosing someone to do the job properly, well I shouldn’t of been with these guys right from the start Adam the salesman came and talked through the different boilers etc and our options and gave us time to think about things with no pressure we went ahead and with in weeks we had everything fitted, the guys that did the work were friendly and very knowledgeable of what they were doing, they cleaned all the mess up each night before going home so we didn’t need to do anything. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Had an Air source heat pump installed by Eco Boiler. Very professional through out entire installation. Great communication. Would highly recommend. Great after care with quick response time also.

This team are so very good at what they do to the highest standard it is so easy to recommend them without hesitation..in fact I have already done so!
Adam was very knowledgeable and helpful with his advice on selecting a new boiler , Matthew who did the installation was meticulous in his work and sorted out problems that arose without any drama ( gas leak, low gas pressure) neat, tidy , courteous and such consideration towards the house itself eg where outside pipes should go so not to look unsightly.
Must not forget to mention Dan who turned up to help Matthew on day two for a while.
