The ease of creating a request, the timeliness and responsiveness to the request and the human support for an issue preventing me from uploading proof pf my identity all made the experience as frictionless as possible. The Physician Assistant was knowledgeable and researched questions I had on the spot.

These doctors are great. If you have any questions they get back with you in a timely manner. They encourage you to ask questions and reach out to them. They also remind you of follow up appointments and labs, which I appreciate when life gets busy.
