Physican listened to my concerns, clearly reviewed my medical history and current medications, and clearly explained all diagnoses and directions we would take. Her communication skills and expertise were excellent! I would highly recommend General Medicine.

Clinician did not seem to listen to me or care about how I actually feel. Part of the issue may be that multiple clinicians were messaging me in chat within a short time frame, likely none of them really understood what was going on. It was not even clear if they were real people, may have been AI. Only went with them because I had no options and still regret it

I have been quoted a $25 copay, which was fine, considering that is the copay I expect with my insurance. At the end of my appointment which was about 3 minutes long I received an additional $30.25, it took me a while but I figured out it was for lab work, it was showing up as no insurance, i have insurance and my copay for labs is only 10.00, when I tried to reach out to somebody in reference to that charge, that by the way was never advised and as far as I know you shouldn't charge people for things before letting them know, I figured out that there's no actual way to speak with anybody. Later that afternoon I went to pick up the medication, turns out the prescription was sent in incorrectly, so now I am going to have to take only half of my medication while I try and figure out if they are going to even be able to fix this or if I'm going to be able to find another doctor. I had tried this service because I thought it was going to be easier than finding a new primary care physician turns out it only made things worse.

Easy to use the site. Fast and efficient

The process was extremely easy to navigate, nonjudgemental and affordable. This was the best decision I have made for my physical and mental health in a very long time.

The doctors are very friendly The appointment didn’t take that long when you message them or reach out to them they get back to you right away and they send ur prescriptions fast and if you don’t have insurance it’s not that expensive at all I highly recommend

I have had 2 prescriptions appointments with general medicine both were awesome and the provider's were excellent. I have since opted out of traditional in person medicine and my family will only use general medicine going forward

they listened to my concerns, looked at my history and took care of me much better than urgent care in person visits without the wait!

I had an appointment, and before the appointment, the website said my copayment would be $30, and that payments for people without insurance would be $100. It said they were in network. I just received a bill for over $300. On top of that, the medication the doctor prescribed was not covered by insurance and cost over $1,200. they time the appointment and wont cover everything you need to speak with them about even though you made it known before you made the appointment the reason for the visit. Then they wanted to charge me for another visit just to change the prescription. They don’t truly care about their patients, only about how to get money out of people. They said they would look into it, and I never heard anything else back. Try at your own risk.

Super quick, helpful, and was able to get a prescription for within a few hours (not a controlled substance). The doctor also helped me figure out what I actually needed instead of what I initially made the appointment for. 10/10

General Medicine really listens to the patient not just hear. The patient comes first.....Not pharmauticals.

I’ve had an outstanding experience with General Medicine. Finding knowledgeable medical care can be incredibly difficult when you have complex health conditions, especially if you’re waiting months to see a specialist. General Medicine filled that gap for me in a way that exceeded my expectations.

One of the biggest strengths of the practice is that they don’t rush appointments. My providers have taken the time to listen, review my history, answer questions, and think through complex issues instead of treating the visit like a quick checklist. That level of attention is becoming increasingly rare in healthcare.

Their endocrinology care has been especially valuable for me. Having access to providers who understand endocrine disorders and can help coordinate care has made a significant difference. When additional testing or follow-up has been needed, the process has been straightforward and efficient.

The platform itself is easy to use, scheduling has been convenient, and communication has been professional throughout my experience.

If you’re struggling to get timely care, especially for endocrine or other complex medical issues, I would absolutely recommend General Medicine. They have provided compassionate, knowledgeable care when I needed it most, and they’ve shown that telemedicine can be both thorough and personal.

Rather than wait days for an appointment or sit in an urgent care waiting room for hours, I was so relieved to be able to treat my issues with tele-health!
The doc was fantastic and my meds were called in faster than my local clinic ever did.
