This is a total scam. They do not make it clear that this is only digital files and not physical folders that they should send to you. While it is only digital files, they also want you to buy two copies which does not make any sense. I truly regret that I did business with this company. I ask them for a refund, but they refuse to respond.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!!! If I could give negative stars I would!! This is a very misleading site. It show’s activities as bundled in a ring binder and it is not. You have to print the papers and put it together independently. My tracking site is even showing that only part of my order was delivered so that is just showing they are scam artists. I have reached out to them multiple times now since I placed my order December 31 and they refuse to give me a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY

We ordered a package on 23rd September, but so far haven't received any products. No information on if it is still coming, but they charged us $107.97 NZD really quick. This was a present for my great grand-daughter who was 12 on 01/11/25, but as you can see nothing has arrived. We should have stayed with Temu.

Garbage product, terrible customer service, lied about money back guarantee. Buyer beware.

I made a purchase on their website, relying on their promise:”We're so convinced you'll love the Crochet Patterns Bundle, we're offering a no-risk, 100-day money-back guarantee.”

What I received was 700+ pages of cobbled-together PDF “instructions” that barely made sense and were obviously lifted from multiple sources. I immediately reached out for a refund and was told that the guarantee was only good if I wasn’t able to download the PDF. This was not stated as part of the “guarantee” and the language implies otherwise. When I pushed back, they doubled down and refused to refund my order. I’ve deleted the useless PDF and reported them to my credit card company and instagram, but these folks shouldn’t be in business.

If I could rate them as zero I would but one star is the least I could rate them.

Where do I start. They lure you in with a free activity bundle which they don't disclose is digital and in black and white and then upsell you with all the add-ons which end up costing me $84 AUD. Not only that but you get charged a shipping fee for a digital product!! When I enquired about why I was being charged a shipping fee when the items were digital I was told it was for preparation and processing. What preparation? It's a file that's sent as soon as you order so very unethical.
There website says 90 day money back guarantee but they failed to honour that as they claim the items have already been delivered and accessed but why offer a money back guarantee for a digital item when you know it will be delivered digitally. Very misleading and unethical.

Don't waste your money or time. Ad that I saw showed a parent getting from the foor. Didn't realize that you had to print the pages. Can't believe you can spend this kinda money & than have to spend more to print them

What a scam!! Like other reviewers, this company is a joke. No clear advertising that's it's a digital product. And their 100% satisfaction guarantee is also false. Too bad they can't just be honest and more clear about what they're selling.

Intentional misleading. They lure you in with the word "free" then snag you by offering things for a few dollars. What really got me was the physical copy they promise of $9 shipping. I waited 3 months. When I reached out they said it was all digital and that it CAN be a physical copy if I print it out. The shipping fee was "actually a processing fee, which helps cover the costs associated with preparing and handling your digital order." I am super annoyed. I am usually pretty good at catching these scams.

They advertised a free book, after I pressed the purchase button, it changed from $0 to $9.99 for shipping…on a digital file. I literally saw it change and it was too late to stop the purchase. Customer support wasn’t helpful, kind, or even acted like they understood why I was frustrated.

How I got my money back from fun-study is by reporting them to their hosting company which is shopify

I simply googled "Report order issue shopify legal" and I wrote down my order completion link and immediately got contacted by shopify support team to help me fix that issue.

Most importantly is the order completion link where it contains the order number and everything, with that I was able to get my money back from them.

It's a total scam, they won't ship the book, and they say it's a free but you end up paying $15... and then extra $15 to get the book... and EVEN after paying this amount you won't get the actual book, the book is completely different than the one in the images...

I have sent several emails and also fill their contact us form ..no response ....
They don't even have any phone number to contact ..total scam... Be aware and I request google to take some action on this to avoid wasting others money ...

They advertise free items when you put them on the cart, then they upsell with other items. I added other interesting items and I checked out ($US26). After I checked out, another window popped up
saying that I have to upgrade if I want it in color & not black & white. So I clicked. It charged me more than my original purchase (US$29). It was so confusing. After I went to my email, they sent me 2 digital files. So, the $29 was for different products & not the one that should be mailed. I sent them emails & they said that digital products can't be refunded!

What a shame. They're page says that they're a group of parents who wants to "sprinkle magic into the lives of the little ones".....& SCAMS OTHER PARENTS!

They are thieves and criminals....

I bought something online for two month and it never came and nobody said anything to.....I even forgot I had placed an order in the second month....can you imagine

False advertising, they advertise real books and even charge you a shipping fee only to tell you that the books are digital after payment with no option of return. These are scammers, beware of this theft strategy.

They advertised showing the books and activities. After paying over 40 pounds, they tell me it's digital, refusing my money back. It's prohibitively expensive to print, so total waste. Shame on you !
