No pressure - no hassles
I called Frontier to price check, see what was available, window shopping so to speak. I spoke with an agent in Charlotte NC, Michael. True to his word, he answered all my questions with no pressure to commit. He also asked questions to best determine my expectations and how I would be using the services. He took his time, didn't rush me or make me feel like I was wasting his time. He really listened to me. That's a rare find these days. I'd like to think I know what I'm talking about here. You see, I'm a manager of a customer support (by phone) department in technology industry. Believe it or not, he determined their most expensive package available was not for me. Now that's customer service aiming for true customer satisfaction! After Michael showed me how I could save over $125/mo. in services with no contract and a 3 year price lock, I committed and signed up on the spot. Goodbye cable company!

Let me start by saying we correctly have TWC (time Warner cable), and it's so expensive that it's NOT worth it!! Today, I tried to lower iur bill by cancelling all cable services and only have internet. After 4 phone calls, 30-45 each, I was so fed up with their attempts to try and have us keep our cable by offering different options, even after SEVERAL times of telling them no, that I ended the call and looked into other options. In our area it's either TWC or Frontier. So I called Frontier, in hopes of finding something more affordable for my family of 5. Wow!!! I had a wonderful, understanding, and helpful gentleman named Jeff! He found something that worked with our budget and was super affordable! I can't wait to tell TWC to shove it!! Can wait to tell others about it!!

They have the BEST customer care service employees that I've ever talked with! There is no robot on the other end, they don't treat you like your dumb, they answered my questions in a way that I understood, you can understand them, and they didn't beat around the bush and try to hurry up the call to make a fast deal. Better than the Active chat with your company
I, at first, got onto your live chat and was told by Jake there wasn't any coverage from Frontier. I knew that wasn't the case since everyone has Frontier in the apt complex. I called in and had a great experience.

Very helpful
The woman who i spoke to about beginning service was very helpful. She made the process as quick as possible but was very personable and had a wonderful attitude. Any hiccups we had were due to the system because of previous tennants having service before we moved in..nothing that could be helps. She was very helpful in this and made the phone fairly enjoyable unlike many services u may call.
