The ordering process was a breeze. I called because I noticed this company placing lines down my road (I live in the country so we only get satellite internet...not recommended if you can at all avoid it) The same person (Daniel) I first called was the same person that answered all of my questions, explained everything in details, was patient and informative with my questions, found me the best deal based on my needs and completed my order. I was never transferred around, not once. No lengthy holds either. It is such a relief to be able to understand CLEARLY what the representative was speaking about. Quick, easy & no hidden crap....I cannot wait to get my installation gear and get connected!
