Amazing program!
I love the personalized meal plan, workouts, and one on one attention I get from my coach. I also have access to tons of content and an entire community of like minded individuals who help provide me with support, guidance and their own experiences. This is a great program and has really helped learn more about being vegan while increasing my strength and meeting my fitness goals.

A great programme that will work for you if you put in the effort, are consistent, and keep going.
The GCA covers everything; customised meal plans, customised workout schedules, a classroom platform teaching all of the background stuff so instead of just doing what you're told, you're learning how what's needed to make it a lifestyle for your future. There's also a great community with multiple live calls each week and of course the coaches.
I have been following the GCA programme for almost one year now. The first six months were my best! I loved every minute. I lost 20lbs in fat, overcame my fear of going to the gym and with my tailored workout programme that was reviewed and changed every six weeks, I was able to build muscle again, which at 58 years old I didn't think possible.
My coach Nils is great, so knowledgeable, provides me with great workouts and nutritional advice and always encouraging and happy to support whenever needed.
My past few months unfortunately haven't been so great for me. Not committing as much as I did in the first months, this has shown on my results, but I know that when I can get back to 100% commitment the results will start showing again.... It really is an amazing programme where you get out what you put in and consistency is key.
I'm glad I made the decision to join GCA (even though it's quite pricey,) I feel it's been an investment in my health and fitness and I'm hoping my longevity.
Game changer academie
This expirience has been amazing with the game changer program, i have learned a lot about nutrition and about training. I do athletics and felt stuck with my training and with my body. Now thanks to the program i feel a lot better and my trainings are going better! I have to thanks the whole game changer team and my personal coach Nathan for this beautiful journey!
Exactly what I needed

This is a whole new way of life
This is a whole new way of life. I have been introduced to fitness and nutrition concepts that I never knew about. This is a great place for anyone who wants to achieve their fitness goals like losing weight and gaining muscle.
My coach Larissa has been really supportive and understanding of my own life style and routine. She always have some words of encouragement when I need it. She also understand the busy nature of my profession and keeps in touch with me to follow up with my nutrition and fitness.
The set Meal plan and fitness routines are very easy to follow and gives results. I would surely recommend the program to anyone who wants to get into better shape while enjoying the process.

Game Changers is really an awesome program for those who are serious and ready to start on their fitness journey. There is so much support and knowledge that is given throughout the program. My coach Nathan has been super supportive! I have really enjoyed the program. I would highly recommend it yo anyone, just make sure you are serious and determined to reach your goals!
Still early but getting different results that I needed.
Right now I’m still early in my journey. I was out for ~ 2 months with medical issues but the team and other client members supported me and check in on me.
It’s a great group to be with and my coach Chiara has changed what I should focus on. Instead of being bummed about my results I should focus on my health and really understand what I should/shouldn’t put in my body.
The meal plan and sitting down workouts (broken ankle and foot) have been really helpful.

This is a great concept for anyone who wants to lose weight or build muscle in a way that's healthy both for you and the planet! The program is very extensive and you get a lot for your money. I joined because I wanted to learn how to eat right to build muscle and lose a little of the extra fat. I always thought I knew what eating healthy meant but I've learned some things in the program that has helped me better understand what and how to eat both to lose weight and to make gains. The coaches are very knowledgeable and always there to help and support. I've never been this consistent with my training in my life and I really feel that I have developed habits for the rest of my life that will help me maintain good health and good looks. Of course I've also received results I've never received before. I highly recommend this program.
Unique positive experience
I started the gamechanger program about two months ago. The program and the diet were specially tailored to me and I'm super happy! I didn't think I would be able to see results on me so quickly. I feel fitter, stronger, more vital and could already see the result after the first month. I'm happy to continue to be there and I'm so excited to see how I'll feel and how I'll look in six months. The coaching is just great. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to work on their health. Go for it!
Great way to develop health/fitness routine
I joined the program as I had gained some weight during pandemic and needed to get back on track. This program 100% got me back on track as I had a clear to do list and a trainer who held me accountable. My trainer, Larissa, was encouraging and answered all the questions I had. I have gained muscle, lost some weight and most importantly, developed a routine/habits that I hope to maintain beyond this program.
Just do it. You won't regret it!
Before joining the GameChanger Academy, I had thought about going Vegan for awhile, but didn't know how to do it. I was worried about what it would look like and how it would impact how active I was already.
I was nervous about joining (price wise and if it was the right program for me) but it has definitely been worth it.
After about 2 months, I've lost 8lbs, have gotten much stronger (I'm a climber and this was really important to me), and just feel energetic and happy overall. If you're on the fence, I would say to just give it a try and see what happens. If you follow the program/meal plan/and use all of the tools and coaching the program has to offer, you will definitely get results. However that may look to you. Also, shout out to Nathan who is an awesome coach, and has some spicy gym workouts just waiting for ya! :)

My coach, Nathan, is great! I’ve learned so much about weightlifting since joining the Gamechanger academy and can see the muscle I’ve added. It’s awesome how my coach works with me to get the results I want and to achieve my goals.
This has been a challenge! But worth it!
This has been a challenge!! I've been vegan for 13 years and have had a pretty easy time managing my weight. With Covid and all of the other fun things life throws at you, I steadily started packing on the pounds. I'm in my mid 40s now and have started to see and feel the effects of aging :(
I joined GCA and Chiara in January of 2022 and she has helped me over the past 10 months figure out my macros to find what ratios work for me to consistently build muscle and to shift my body composition.
While I haven't seen a huge drop in the scale, I'm the strongest and leanest I've been since my early 20s. She's taught me the importance of eating the way I love, (plant based Whole Foods), but incorporating protein in the form of seitan, shakes, and others to support my workouts. I've built better habits like measuring and tracking my food so that I'm eating enough calories, but also in the right ratios.
She's encouraged me to change the way I view my goals - long term health versus short term weight loss. I love a good glass of wine but she's challenged me multiple times to use those calories in a way that will help me vs holding me back.
Chiara is always the voice in my ear when I'm at the gym, sitting down for dinner, on vacation - wherever - she's offered so much information to help me make better decisions throughout each and every day!
It's been so great to have a sounding board to bounce ideas off of. This isn't a quick fix, but a great way to build good habits that will most definitely improve your health and your performance!
Life changing, life saving, life savoring--this is the program you need
The program is very comprehensive from the individual support, the group support, the meal plan, the online videos available. It is such a positive community. I have been plant based for a while but as I got into my 50s I realized I needed to up my game physically as I headed into menopause. I am in the best shape of my life and only getting better and better. And at my last phsysical, my doctor said my bloodwork numbers were better than a 25 year olds!
GameChanger Academy is Life Changing!
As a vegan for several years, I was having trouble with my weight. I thought I was eating pretty "healthy", but a few physical setbacks, a surgery, and nearly two years of the pandemic turning me into a couch potato, and I was really struggling with my weight increasing. My physical activity had almost entirely dropped off, and I was really feeling lost in terms of getting healthy and fit. I ran across Fritz Horstmann's GameChanger Academy (GCA) on Instagram, and it looked interesting, but I was skeptical. I set up a call and had a great conversation. I still had some doubts, but decided to give it a try for 3 months. Boy, am I glad I did! This GCA program has been life changing for me! First of all, the meal plans and recipes they provide are amazingly filling and delicious. The recipes are fairly simple, and after a few weeks meal prepping starts to become routine, and makes life much easier. I was provided with personalized workouts, which took into account that I was still recovering from some physical setbacks and a surgery. They got me moving! I started walking, and quickly was doing at least 10K steps everyday, and my strength training workouts were so enjoyable that I looked forward to them, and even missed doing them on my scheduled rest days. There was so much support, not only from my assigned coach, but from all of the other coaches in the program. There were multiple weekly group Zoom calls with the coaches which taught me about vegan nutrition, cooking, meal prep, strength training, other exercise, and, perhaps most important of all, how to create healthy habits and get my mindset right for the entire journey. In the end, I gained a ton of muscle, and lost over 45 lbs. of fat! I may be in the best shape of my life right now! I also feel like I've been equipped with the knowledge and tools I need to keep the weight off, and continue to lead a healthy, strong, and fit vegan lifestyle for the rest of my life! Oh, by the way, I didn't even start the program until I was 55 years old, and I accomplished all of the weight loss and a complete body transformation in under a year! I cannot say enough great things about this program! I wish everyone that is struggling to become healthy and fit as a vegan could get on this program! It's not only game changing, it's life changing!
Best Investment I’ve Ever Made
Joining Game Changers has been one of the best decisions of my life. I love being vegan. I love the food, and I love that the way that I am living is not harming animals or the earth. Before I joined I was afraid it would be hard for me to give up dairy products, but actually I don’t miss cheese or milk or eggs in the slightest.
I’ve been in Game Changers for almost 2 years, and I’m proud to say that I think I am the oldest person in the program. I’ll be 75 in January. I am stronger than I’ve ever been in my life. And I absolutely love the way my body looks. I have lost weight around my middle and my thighs and gained muscle mass in my chest, shoulders, and arms. My legs are sleek instead of flabby. I have great energy and don’t fall asleep during the day.
I also just love working out. I had been doing yoga and will continue with yoga, but I had not been to a gym in more than 15 years. Now I look forward to going three times a week.
The whole team—Fritz, Nils, Chiara, Nathan, Chazz, Vassil—they’re all great. And the other clients I get to meet are wonderfully supportive, and they’re just kind, thoughtful human beings making a difference in the planet along with me.

I signed up with Fritz and the Gamechangers for a number of reasons. While I was able to lose 65 pounds all on my own 20-something years ago, more recently I was in a car accident and had to stop doing many of the things that I love and that keep me in shape… Triathlon primarily. After having completed Ironman in 2016 in just over 12 hours and then qualifying for Boston at the Philly marathon a month later and then running Boston in 2018, I was in the best shape of my life, but then in 2019 I was in a car accident that threw everything for a loop. I had to stop running while I recovered and I’ve been struggling to get back to where I was, especially combating chronic pain. More recently as I’ve been aging and my hormones are imbalanced, I was also battling the things that come with all of that. Namely, weight gain. I wasn’t feeling good in my skin, my clothes weren’t feeling the way I wanted, and I just didn’t feel good about myself. As a person who also struggles with a restrictive eating disorder, it’s been a true struggle. Having been vegan for more than four years, when I saw Fritz‘s Fit Vegan approach, I was intrigued! I started with the program a couple of months ago and i’m learning how to eat enough to keep my metabolism stoked, to balance out my hormones, and get my body in a position to want to be healthy and fit. Nathan has taught me that I need to eat enough calories in order to stay in a healthy place. I am now consistently eating about 700 cal more per day than I used to. And despite that massive increase, I have not gained weight. And while I have not lost weight, it’s amazing that I can eat what feels like so much and not gain! On top of that, I see improvement in my muscle tone, and definitely my strength! Swimming feel stronger, I’m back to running at least once a week, and cycling feels much easier! And my clothes fit better!! Building three-times-a-week weight training into my routine has been truly a game changer… The impact that has on my well-being and my physique has been notable and exciting! And the food I get to eat… I never knew I needed so much protein or how to find it in a vegan diet. Now, tofu and seitan are my close friends!!
Life changing!
Gamechangers has such an incredible amount of support. There are so many resources available and it has really helped me making lifestyle changes! While I've been having some struggles adjusting and sticking to the plan, I am receiving so much support to help me through. Prior to signing up, I was feeling so defeated and stuck. I have a renewed sense of hope and am already noticing how much my mindset has changed. I would highly recommend joining GameChangers Academy!!!
