Looking for a sustainable and enjoyable way to build muscle and loose fat? This is the right spot.
Before joining the program I was stuck in a yo-yo approach, where I'd loose some fat but then would gain it again, which was very frustrating because I thought I'd never be able to get a six pack in a sustainable way. However, after a couple of months of staying in the program, I was able to finally see my abs coming up while still I was eating the foods I enjoy the most. All this helped me to increase my confidence, since I knew that by sticking to the right mindset, I could achieve whatever I want. Also love the fact that this program helps you out to be flexible, so you can still attend social events and travel without messing up your progress. I've never felt so great in my life, I'm much more energized, also stopped drinking alcohol (which used to do every weekend) and whenever I go out to eat, now I know how to handle the calories and macros to still achieve my goals. Lost around 4kg and now little by little I'm increasing the calories to fuel the muscle and continue lifting more. This program has helped me in various areas of my life, since now I can easily say no when I know that something won't help me to achieve my goals, also increased my creativity and unlocked my cooking skills. It's a little bit pricey but it's totally worth it, since you get a lot of support from the coach and the community, not only in terms of nutrition and exercise, but also in mindset. I highly recommend this program if you're looking to become the best version of yourself.
Great program, a lot of knowledge, big financial investment
In May 2022, I finally reached out to Fritz which I have been following on Instagram way before. Before starting the program, I felt stuck when I became vegan: I gained weight and even though doing some calistenics and gym workouts, it would not seem to help against that. On top of that, I had been diagnosed with having osteoporosis, while only being 30 years old.
So I chatted with Fritz and shortly after that I booked my orientation call with Franzi. I feared the price of the program, which is very immense in times of inflation where everything doubles in prices.
But I am happy that I did the investment. I had the pleasure to be coached by Chiara, who is such a wonderful coach. She is powerful but also very gentle and sensitive. She pushes you if needed, but never took that too far. She always seems to know what is the problem if you feel stuck.
With her and her team, I lost 4 kg, which does not sound a lot, but I have a really skinny fat type of physique. But more important, I gained the knowledge to make further fatloss and muscle building process - and that is what matters! Everyone can follow training/nutrition protocols, but understanding the parameters influencing your success is another level, and I'm so thankful I got an insight to that. It led me to positivity towards my future in fitness and even my life. I gained strength and self-confidence in an extend I never did before, which impacted my studies, my carrer and my standing in community.
If you are struggling with getting further in your fitness and/or your nutrition, and you are able to invest some money, I would highly recommend to reach out to Fritz and his fantastic team.
I am on month six
I am on month six. I am down roughly about 10 pounds but I’ve gained a lot of muscle and toned up. I’m down a pant size almost down two. For me, the program has been great because it’s accountability that I was messing. It’s nice to check in every day, being able to check your stats, look at your meals. There’s so much helpful information available.
Vegan Fit For Life
I’ve been Vegan for several years and found it hard to get into great physical shape as a vegan as opposed to just eating meat for protein in every meal. Especially with so much going on and trying to balance everything! They made my life so much easier by be being flexible in the meals, answering my questions, great workouts and communication. The community is great and being able to join on the live calls is very supportive. Nathan was wonderful! He made sure I was on top of things. Definitely would recommend for anybody looking to grow in their vegan journey. This only makes you better.

I joined Game Changer Academy with very specific needs and goals - within my first 2 weeks, I could already see good results. I felt empowered and thereafter, all I had to do was show up and be consistent; the results spoke for themselves! Fritz and his Team are an ocean of very practical, up-to-date, skilled and dedicated vegan fitness professionals, who teach with sincerity. You can feel that their coaching comes from the heart. A key point for me was mindset (which many programs and apps don't focus on) - I felt informed and supported with relevant, practical info and processes, that not only motivated me but also helped me to create good, long-term habits and lifestyle changes. It's also a supportive community, that empowers, finds real solutions and never leaves you hanging! Gamchanging program
Before joining Fritz and his team I was unsure how to eat vegan and focus on healthy eating patterns for the long term. I wanted to eat vegan, gain muscle and lose fat.
I got so much more than that. They individualized my program adjusting it as needed and were always a text away. My coach was hand picked and was in tune with my need as a woman in her 40s who went above and beyond to coach me. Not only do you get an individualized meal plan, workout plan, a learning library, a community of people on the same journey as you but asynchronous learning and support multiple times a week via zoom. If you are wavering between trying the program or not, I recommend you take the leap and know you are in great hands.

I has been great to work with the personal coach Nils! Always available, kind and helpful ☺️. I've learned a lot from him and as well the course material. It was really effective to get back on track and I will keep following their advices in the future!
Meh! Not what I thought it was going to be
They have a good logic to the programme - something you could easily learn for a lot less elsewhere or online if you spend a little time researching.
Definitely good for beginners, but I joined the programme knowing the basics but really looking for always on support, guidance and personalisation given my work hours. I was already tracking my meals, activity etc. So honestly didn’t learn anything new. (Calorie Deficit, Workouts, Walks). Something you can easily learn for Nike Fitness App online for lot less (and get the workouts).
The programme is very expensive for what you get in return. The accountability is with you at the end of the day and what you make of it. Which is like any other programme - but given the fee I was probably expecting a lot more interaction and personalisation. It doesn’t take in to account your 360 well-being. Working with a personal trainer locally or online had me seeing better results as they flex to your changing needs. This programme doesn’t.
It is very inflexible. So even if your circumstances have changed there is no way out of the programme or to restructure or pause the plan or change plans. You are made to commit to a programme being told it’s personalised to you. It’s not. It’s one trainer managing multiple clients and they work with very similar menus and workouts - and there is limited tweaks or insights to your personal needs. I got just two very similar menus over 6 months. Some workout routines that you can find online easily. Online forums but if you have the time for those. The trainers have really limited input - but are lovely and encouraging. But that’s really it.
They offer weekly checkins with trainer after you fill the reflection form (I mean you have to input everything daily so they can see your trajectory and provide feedback). If you do fall behind you do get their support with daily online check-in, but at the end the accountability is with you to compete the tasks.
So having experienced it - I would say if you have the luxury of time and money and are just at the onset of your fitness journey - perhaps the programme will equip you with the tools. It will get you needed results.
But you would get the same results elsewhere for a lot less investment and get you the flexibility to adapt as you learn and grow. It’s definitely not flexible enough for the time crunched and not truly a 360 fitness programme. They have lots of recourses - but again if you’re time crunched or working then it’s difficult to go through the data dump.
Overall a decent programme, but I’d say do your research you’ll find similar or better programmes in market for a lot less. You’re talking 7k Euros for 6 months. And take your time to make the decision. With them you need to make the decision over the first call - which feels rather strange as they aren’t upfront about what the programme entails before the call, it’s a great sales pitch on the phone and it will motivate you to sign up instantly. So before you get on the call - look at other programmes, local options, and read reviews before you get on that call. The programme is definitely for some, not for everyone. So do your due diligence and ensure it fits you personally.
I do think the programme has its benefits, but it’s the value I question. As you could easily get the same format for a lot less.
Life-changing & Unreal results
I'm so glad I decided to join Vegan Coaching. It really transformed my lifestyle and I'm the healthiest I've ever been. I've been a part of the program for 3 months and I've already dropped 15 lbs. I have developed a balanced diet and workout routine structure that is sustainable. The support of the coaches and resources they provide gives you all the tools to achieve your goals. My coach, Nathan, has been phenomenal in building custom workouts based on my schedule, holding me accountable, checking-in, and supporting me every step of the way. The Vegan Coaching really feels like a community and family that empowers you to be the best version of yourself.
My Experience w/ Vegan Lifestyle
The trainer always answers your questions. Maybe not right away all the time, but they do get answered.
Also being in the private group helps because other peers are there to help out too. They might know the answer to your question, but they also are supportive of each other. Your trainer gives you a lot of information to help you make the right decisions on exercise, eating and what protein powder is good for vegans.
You also get lots of recipes and shopping list which is very helpful.
And you get your exercise work outs for each day. The trainer will have you fill out questionnaires about your physical capabilities before giving you your exercise routine’s. You will also get a questionnaire on what certain foods you like or if you have allergies to any foods. To help with making your meal plan for everyday.
After my 1.5 years in GCA
After my 1.5 years in GCA my world looks entirely different. This is the first time in my life that I have walked into a new year that didn’t include an urgent need to improve my fitness and my lifestyle. I know that this is my lifestyle now and I am forever grateful for the shift.
I will not lie this was not easy. However, if you can fully show up for yourself the world will show up for you. Keep consistency over perfection and strive for 1% better every day and this program will change your life.
You will leave here (which is not easy to do because the community is incredible) with so much knowledge and content and (my favorite part) lifelong friends.
I’ve had a few coaches in my time and I have loved all of their perspectives and knowledge. Special shout out to my current coach Chiara a general badass, fabulous human, and friend. I have loved working with Fritz and Nils, Nathan, Franzi, and Julia.
If you're looking for a community and a lifestyle change this is a wonderful place to start.
Pro tip: just do what your coach tells you to do. Literally, just follow the directions. Just try it on exactly as it is described and trust the process. Magic will happen. Consistency over perfection.

Great program with great coaches
Nathan has been great. A direct, informative, and to the point trainer. Provides just enough direction. Nathan is just the type of trainer I was looking for.
Fantastic program with real results!
This program is fantastic! Been vegan for 12 years. Have always had a fitness routine. Age, life and the pandemic led to less structure for my workouts and a lot of unconscious eating. My coach- Nathan- has been a perfect fit. I am a rule breaker, head strong and don’t want a lot of stuff around the edges. I also have ancient eating issue stuff that can be triggered from measuring, counting calories, etc. Nathan provides just enough guidance for me to feel comfortable building my own personal accountability habits, and worked with me on a few things that just didn’t fit quite right for me. The result — in 3 months I have lost fat/pounds/inches and have gained a lot of strength. I have a better grasp of what my body needs to perform, and how to balance eating what I want without regretting it later. Looking forward to continued growth!
This is a Life-Changing Program
The GCA program has been a cornerstone habit that has instilled positive and like changing ripples throughout my life. For years I struggled with what to eat and was stuck at a plateau vegan. I realized how important it was to have a supportive community, be held accountable and to really look at what I was eating. I needed help and I realized that which is what led me to applying. Before GCA, I struggled with getting up and was very anxious. I attribute this change to eating more balanced and working out more effectively which I was able to learn in the program. My digestion immensely improved I didn’t really expect that. I have tried to follow other influencer’s ebooks, advice or diets and the key for me was balance.
The act of getting in shape and where I wanted to go has shown me I can be in control of making positive life long changes in my life. It has impacted the rest of my life, business and ability to perform. Priceless.
GCA helped me realize that it’s not healthy to use food as a reward system . It has created so many habits in my life, it’s ripple effect is beyond health and nutrition. It’s a community oriented program that really supports you every step of the way. It’s bigger than losing weight, this will change your life if you fully commit to it, this program is sustainable which I really love. GCA actually empowers you to learn and be successful on your own although I love it so much I would have loved to continue to be apart of it! Fritz, Chiara, Nils and Vassil are the best coaches I could have asked for, they are patient, understanding but continued to push me when I needed it. Chiara really opened my mind up to new experiences and ways of looking at nutrition and myself. I couldn't have asked for a more outstanding group of coaches. I will miss them as trainers. I am 3 months this fitness journey and…
I am 3 months in this fitness journey and I have too say I have had my challenging moments but what is great about the Game Changer team, is that they are supporting me every step of the way. Very understanding and uplifting durning my hardships and accomplishments. My coach Nathan is great! He listens to me throughly and makes any necessary changes to make sure I stay on track and I am happy with my progression. I can see results in my body that I never thought I would see again.

Learning discipline
I really like my trainer. She is there anytime I need her and she keeps me motivated and engaged.
I like the meal plans and the workouts (even though I’d like more variety of exercises).
I feel I know how to get my dose of
Protein now and what kind of carbs to eat. During my journey I learnt how to value the nutrients of food and how to avoid empty calories.
Game Changer and Chazz
Game Changer and my coach, Chazz, have been so dedicated in helping me achieve my fitness goals throughout the program. This is currently my 2nd year with them. I love how the program is set up. I appreciate how much they’ve taught me about eating—meal suggestions, tracking, how to eat while not tracking, etc. plus the weekly mental support. And they are always very accessible when I’ve had any questions or concerns. But above all, seeing how strong I’ve gotten in the gym is my absolute favorite!
I have been active my whole life
I have been active my whole life, eating healthy and putting myself first. Even though I am a slim person I always was insecure and did not love myself. I've tried few "magic diets" but always was giving up after 2-3 days...an idea of restricting myself was too overwhelming. But on the other hand I was frustrated as I was very active & eating healthy, so I should be skinny right?
Then one day I've noticed that my surf coach is completely a different person - not only visually but also his attitude has changed...I was curious. He explained that he is doing the program and I decided to give it a try as I was lost with all my pointless work outs I was doing. I am a surfer as well but was finding myself out of breath after few hours in the water. Seeing him being stronger and happier I had to try! I want to feel like he feels!
The first week was overwhelming... I have a 9-5 job, so I have to take a train to work at 8am and I'm home around 7-8pm...and now I had to do 10k steps, surf, cook and do work outs?
I finally came up with a routine that works for me, waking up an hour early, getting off subway early and walking to work. Cooking takes 5-10 mins which was shocking to me!
But the best feeling is when you see yourself becoming stronger and leaner! And you can notice it already after few days! I'm on week 5 and I'm shocked that I can do a 50 second wall sit with calm mind...I could barely do 30 seconds and was shaking! And the most important...I became a happier person and I finally started loving myself...I still haven't reached out my goals but I know that I am going into the right direction and can't wait to see what will happen in next few weeks :)
