The best decision I could make…

… in my current life situation.
I am a very experienced cook (vegan since over two years), and fierce runner. I was sure I knew everything I need to know to successfully stay fit and healthy. BUT… problems occurred nevertheless. For example:
- I always have been designing and cooking meals for taste, optics and „health“, not recognizing that my digestion issues like bloating and feeling either stuffed or hungry were based on wrong macro nutrient composition
- I slowly, but constantly gained weight after shifting to veganism due to the wrong foods I chose for getting enough „plant protein“
- my daily running routine got more and more difficult to maintain because of a lack of energy
- after 20 years of taking hormones I wasn’t aware of women’s cyclic needs in order to feel well
- I felt exhausted and irritated because of a very difficult personal situation that life threw at me completely unexpectedly, and I felt no one could help

After I frequently read Fritz' social media I slowly understood that my situation was not unique. His personal story inspired me very much. I understood: the Mistakes I made are common, but not easy to solve on your own without expertise.
After I listened to an interview episode with Fritz at The Proof podcast by Simon Hill, I dared to get into contact. And I made the best decision!

I am on the program for three months now. Despite me being an enthusiastic cook, I love the inspiration from my meal plans and the community. I learned so much: perfect macro distribution, gut health, eating for hormonal health… and techniques! No fake meat needed, I do seitan myself now, vegan kefir, and much more. I understood lean vegan protein sources and add them to my daily diet.

I was introduced to weight lifting and feel so much stronger already. My whole energy levels are up now. My vibrant self feels back again on most days.

For the upcoming months, I plan to workout especially for healthy aging later on (I am in my mid-fourties), for bone health and mental health. Muscle is the greatest investment we can make, and the team around Fritz is helping in such awesome ways with this!
For me personally, psychological facilitation by coach Vassil is pure gold dust, and I have a very appreciative relationship with my personal coach Nils, who is a very experienced nutritionist and fitness coach - very kind, smart guy.

So, from my point of view, if you think about joining this program: there is nothing to lose, get on a call and check it out!

I was fit but not PLANT BASED FIT!

Before joining I constantly worked out but couldn’t figure out the other piece of a healthy lifestyle which was my diet. I had jeans that I wouldn’t wear because they were uncomfortable and i didnt want to keep buying bigger sizes so i wore sweatpants alot.
Since joining i have lost 22lbs , have a better relationship with food and understand the concept of macro counting to reach my goals and my mid sections is much smaller now and im wearing jeans again! I would definitely recommend this program to anyone whos looking to have a healthy plant based diet , while still gaining muscle and losing fat. By the way I WAS NOT ON A PLANT BASED DIET PRIOR TO THIS PROGRAM!

I cannot express how much I appreciate…

I cannot express how much I appreciate coach Chiara! She's very knowledgeable and cares about her clients. Chiara is educated on womens menstrual cycles and how to work it to our benefit. I originally signed up for two months of training and loved my results so much I decided to extend my time. Before working with Chiara I suffered with daily bloating and extra belly fat. As of today, the bloating is all gone! I feel strong and lean, with an insane amount of energy. The program provided realistic meal plans (specifically for shredding fat). Along with a workout plan to build muscle. If you're thinking about joining go for it!!!

Great for self motivators

Great for self motivators.

I lost 33lbs while in the program.

Best part of the program was having a coach to hold you accountable, guidance with meal plan and scheduling your workout. The program is a little pricy but if you are getting results it is worth it. I definitely was able to form a pattern that I can continue myself at the close of my time with VeganCoaching.

There is room for improvement. More individualized questions and answer sessions initiated by my coach would be been nice. I found the sessions we did have were good but more would have been really beneficial especially early on. There are group calls but I don’t utilize them because of the time of the day they were held. The menu VeganCoaching provide is a little boring but the macro count is met by the menu and you feel full. Also my workouts week to week didn’t change much, but I did see results and gained quite a bit of muscle. By the end of the program I was substituting things myself if I was bored with a particular exercise targeting a specific muscle group. The app Trainerize makes it pretty easy to modify the workouts the coaches schedule yourself. Also all the lifts have video explanation. The coaches are in Europe which makes timing a bit tricky to have live calls in the Western US. My coach Chiara definitely cared and she made me feel good about my wins. Additionally the chat/ blogs you are involved in are good for motivation and positive feedback. The online platforms of Skool and trainerize are great programs/apps and easy to use and see all the info you need.

If you are a new vegan and new to working out this is a Great Program.

Chiara is an amazing coach!

Chiara is an amazing coach! She has consistently supported and inspired me during my 7 month journey. There’s no way I would be able to accomplish what I have; losing more than 40lbs, building muscle and understanding how to eat as a healthy vegan.

Working with vegancoaching.com has been a wonderful experience. I have done other programs in the past and they have been just ok. The individual support, wealth of information, and community support is incredible! Working with Chiara has been great. She has helped hold me accountable and helped me problem solve when there have been bumps in the road. My clothes are fitting better and my confidence has gone up! This journey isn’t over and I can’t wait to see what is to come!

Support is always available.

Coach Nils is great! Perfect blend of gym programing and nutrition. Insightful recommendations to guide me in changing habits and improving myself. Help is always available through chatting on the and video calls with my coach, group forums and scheduled calls, and access to group web pages. I have been plant based/vegan for several years before joining, but experienced or new to plant based food choices this program will benefit you and your health.

Ecstatic about this program, the coaches and the results

I just finished the program and to say I am pleased with the results is an understatement, Ecstatic is more like it. After becoming a Vegan a few years ago with the goal of lowering my cholesterol and wanting to move away from an animal based diet, I was going it alone and having only mixed results. My cholesterol was lowering but weight loss efforts had stalled and I had begun to gain weight when my goal was to loose it. I was skeptical about "trying another thing" but decided to join the 4 month program. I am so glad that I did, I received the best vegan fitness and nutrition advice and most improtantly -I got RESULTS! My cholesterol is significantly lower and I have lost 10 lbs, gained muscle, and am fitting into clothes I haven't worn in two years. I had been in an exercise rut and now I am walking every day and going to the gym 3x a week - something I had said I would never do when starting the program. I have worked with coach Chiara and gained so much understanding about Vegan food and nutrition. As a very busy person living a full life (work, graduate school, parenting, marriage) I needed to give my goals over to Chiara and let her guide me to the results I wanted. I decided to sign on for another full year of the program because I know I will get the guidance I need and a true partner in my health, fitness and continued weight loss goals. I am so grateful to these coaches for creating this program. I would have been lost without it. I think it's important to note that never once over the four months of this program did I feel alone, stressed about wheter or not it was working or hungry. What a relief to find peace amidst such necessary and needed change. An added bonus is the way my brain, body and heart feel. I also feel aligned with successfully stepping away from eating animals and no longer contributing to a food industry that is harmful to the environment.

Beyond grateful

Beyond grateful for my experience so far in vegancoaching.com
Prior to joining I had been working out fairly consistently for close to 6 months after having had 6 months off working out due to being sent to work from home. During this time I had put on some weight and I couldn't seem to shift it, I wasnt building much muscle, and I didnt want to restrict my eating the way that I had done in the past. I knew that their had to be a better way.
Working with head coach Chiara I have learnt that there is a better way. I am learning how to fuel my body for the output that I expect from it. She has helped me with my mindset around not being scared to increase my calories as previously when I had worked with coaches in order to get results they had drastically reduced my calories. She has been there for me to share my experience, how I am feeling and to help me work through it and remaining my voice of reason.
I am beyond grateful for the DM's that came from Fritz and his team, for him pairing me with Chiara and for the community that is vegancoaching.com
I am so excited about my progress so far, the way that my body has changed, the muscle that I have built, the confidence, and the trust in myself. And I am even more excited about the things that are yet to come.

A journey in the right direction

Personal attention/onboarding and a good relationship with my trainer CF. I feel better leaner and stronger. i will continue with what i have learned thus far. my most enjoyable experience has been my gym sessions. I had to give up caffeine but after i leave the gym i feel stoked like i just finished a coffee. I feel stronger throughout the day for my job and home life.
I learned new menus and menu ingredients, grew to really like tofu. i would recommend clients get a air fryer ASAP gamechanger in prep and time. TVP, seitan and Tempe are beneficial for the meals. I'm not a fan of the incorporation of the proteins powders mixed into the recipes, i drank separately. Some of the recipes need tweaked, majority of the meals are good and favorable.
One of the Skoolz lessons was to create menus from the list, this would be nice for the client to be able to do on this 4mo. program. also to be able to print the recipes. i only have a small iphone and it would go to sleep when making the meals, i would have to continue to reopen and find the recipe. the App takes too long to scroll through to find recipes.
Maybe i missed descriptions along the way, but a description of the stages in the program with explanations along the way would help. i think mandatory calls at least every month would be good. i know video calls can be arranged when desired.
i think more day to day integration in real world meal planning should be incorporated into the 4mo program, for the cost not everyone can afford to continue your programs ideal timeline. i understand its not your business model to not have sponsors, but that could make it affordable for some.
I have gained strength and definition become leaner, the journey continues. I recommend the program for folks looking to regain body function.
All in all it has been a positive experience and i will take what I have learned and reach my life goals to be leaner and stronger to face life's daily challenges and adventures.

Thoughts after a few months

Before joining, I was feeling stressed and low energy and feeling insecure about my weight gain and low of strength from when I was in better shape. I was worried that the constant low energy levels were signs that more serious health problems were coming. I’m still progressing, but some of my most important wins so far have been breaking old habits, making new healthier ones that fit into my busy lifestyle in which I travel a lot. The online community, video library, and regular calls with various trainers and life coaches offer a lot of valuable material beyond the meal plans and the workout plans. After a few months of being in the program I feel like I’m still learning new benefits of the program. I feel more emotional state much more positive and energy levels much higher. I see a new foundation for significant and continued growth and progress. And it’s great meeting and interacting with new like minded people. I have had trainers in the past and have gone through phases of being fit and then out of shape. I think this program can benefit anyone at any stage of their fitness journey. Overall I definitely recommend.

My experience over the last 2 months…

My experience over the last 2 months working with coach Nathan and the community have been nothing short of exceptional. Before joining I had been vegan for 3 years and have been constantly yo-yo dieting. Up and down 30 lbs every year because the way I was dieting was “crash” dieting and unsustainable. I joined the community weighing 173lbs and after 8 weeks have lost 13.2lbs without having to change my routine. Starting off with customized macronutrient targets and a meal plan helped get me on the path to more flexibility in my eating as well. It’s allowed me to stay social and still have fun with friends, while continuing to strive for my goals. I’d 100% recommend speaking with the team and learning more about how they can help you improve your life!

Why didn't I do this SOONER!?

At the time of joining this program, I had just turned 40 years old, and although I've been Vegan since 2012, and working out daily since 2018, as well as "Alcohol free" for 4+ years…. I was feeling just awful!
I was experiencing extreme bloating, and GI discomfort, embarrassing gas, weight gain, and a general feeling of exhaustion. I felt like I was doing all the “right things” but instead of being a picture of good health, I was anything but. I'm an extremely busy working Professional, I own and run my own business, and I work in a very intense industry that involves very long hours, travel, and being surrounded by the temptations of unhealthy food and snacks all day long. When I look around me at work, most of my colleagues are overweight, if not obese, and have all kinds of health problems. I know its a product of the lifestyle that comes with the job, and I just REFUSE to end up like that. I see the little daily habits of those people, and I know I have to do something different, if i want different results.

When I made the decision to join this program,
I was very hesitant to let go of my attachment to my current routines, and try something “new” because I had no idea if it would “work” - It was hard to admit to myself that the Workouts, Supplements and eating habits that I've made a part of my daily life, and part of my identity, just were not working for me. I had to get to a point where I was willing to try anything, even if it meant forgetting everything I thought I knew, and starting over.

I made the decision to "TRUST THE PROCESS" no matter what.

I saw results immediately, from within the 1st week of starting the program, as I got on the strict meal plan, and followed it religiously, and tracked everything! The pounds just kept coming off slowly and consistently. I'm now 8-weeks into the program and I've already lost 12 lbs! My overall goal was to lose 20lbs of body fat, so Im well on track to achieve that in the next 8 weeks. I have gotten so much stronger from the progressive overload training style, and Im shocked at how Im able to lift heavier every single week. Im really starting to look more toned, and can even see muscle definition in my arms, and finally… in my abs! When my coach sends me my side-by-side photo comparison after each check-in, Im amazed at the difference that Ive made in just 8 weeks of eating the correct calories and macros for my goals… I'm like WHY didn’t I do this years ago!

Losing 12 lbs and slimming down, to where I feel good in my clothes has made me feel so much more confident and happier, and has improved my relationship with myself, and others. I definitely feel much healthier, my skin is glowing, and people are telling me I look younger! I also feel much more confident in proudly announcing that I'm Vegan, when people say “you look so good/healthy/fit - what’s your secret?” - Duh! I'm Vegan! I feel like my appearance is finally aligned with my values and principles, as the healthy fit vegan I want to be. I also feel so empowered to make the best choices for myself, and not being dragged into whatever “everyone else is doing” - I've gotten so good at saying NO; to plans that don’t support my goals, to unhealthy snacks and food that is offered to me, and I don’t care about being high maintenance, or “extra” or “next level” when I make special requests for things to make sure Im set up for success when I have to travel, or I'm at work.

It feels GOOD to be different to everyone “else”

I would HIGHLY recommend going Vegan, and joining this program. Working 1:1 with my amazing coach Chiara Squinzi, I have already learned so much valuable information that has changed my life, and Im sure will continue to have an impact as I apply the principles Ive leaned throughout my future.

The key to long term life changes

I have joined the program end of 2022 after struggling with my own weight for years. I gained a few kilos and I really did not know how to lose them without falling back into eating disorders or crazy restrictive diets i could find on-line and adapt to veganism (typically by removing a lot of ingredients). I really wanted to understand nutrition and balance my macros to eat appropriately and nourish my body with the right nutrients. Weight loss was not even a focus, real long-term health was my why.
I found an incredible community of people on the same path, of coaches willing to help anyone, and a rock-solid methodology I could stick to immediately. I am an avid learner and, in the group, I could find all the informations and notions I needed to be able to manage my life from now on. I have the keys to stay healthy and a network of friends I can reach out to.
Sometimes we feel lonely in our problems, be seen and be understood makes a hell of a difference.
Alone we can go fast (and burn ourselves out), together we can go further away.

Life Changing Experience - Becoming a Fit Vegan

Before starting the Game Changer Academy with Fritz Horstmann, I was on a journey of change but feeling stuck and frustrated. I had lost about 10 pounds after deciding to remove drinking alcohol from my life and really wanted to look fit and lean. Turning 50 years old had me thinking that I wasn’t going to let my age define me and let my unwanted belly fat continue to bug me. I was burned out and plateaued with my workout classes and didn’t know what path I wanted to go with for my nutrition. I was contemplating going to a fully plant-based diet and didn’t know where to start.

While scrolling through Instagram, I saw a post by Fritz Horstmann. He had a call to action for Vegans who wanted to be fit and join the program. I was curious but hesitant. I had already been in touch with a couple on-line coaches who had fitness programs but their claims didn’t seem legit.

During a call with Fritz’s lead coach, she explained that I didn’t have to be a vegan already and that they provided all the support to get me started on my path. I was accepted into their program and everything they promised has been on point and I have seen significant changes in my energy and with my body.

Since I started, I lost 7 pounds in the first 8 weeks but the scale isn’t really what changed. I see my fat disappear, my clothes getting loose and my muscles start to pop in my shoulders, arms, legs, and stomach. I’m getting compliments by the trainers at my gym and I feel really strong. I have never been too tired to workout or complete my cardio routines.

I’ve been able to confidently dive into being vegan with a community of people also seeking to look fit and be fit with a vegan lifestyle. The combination of workouts that don’t strain your systems and give you the nutrients you need gives me a huge boost of energy. I’m finding that I’m full of energy every day. I sleep better and at peace knowing what I need to do to accomplish my goals.

The program provides the best fitness mobile app on the planet that combines meal / macro tracking, workout videos and tracking, team communication and one-on-one on-demand coaching. No doubt the best decision I’ve made and I highly recommend you talk to them about your goals to be a fit vegan!

From skinny vegan to fit vegan

I had been vegan for a few years, but I still didn't feel toned or in shape. I saw Fritz' social media post about how he used to be a skinny vegan and was able to transition to being a fit vegan. I was intrigued so I started working with the program. My personal coach Chazz was a life changer for me! He was available 24/7 to answer any questions I had about the meal plan, workouts, etc. He was so proactive and encouraging in his approach and I could tell he truly cares about my progress. Overall, I have learned how to make some changes to my diet and my fitness regime to help me build muscle and feel so much more energetic! Thanks Fritz, Chazz and team!!

One of my new year resolutions for 2023…

One of my new year resolutions for 2023 was go get on top of my diet. I’m 38, busy professional and active - but since becoming vegan I have struggled with more body fat than when I meat, despite living a pretty healthy lifestyle with strong motivation. My coach Chazz at Vegancoaching.com has helped me to reset my relationship with food. 6 weeks into the program I had leaned out and trimmed down by 8 pounds - feeling improved strength and energy, but also feeling I have the knowledge to fuel my body properly! Chazz is always checking in to help keep me on track and help me through my experience - including overcoming challenges with travel, social settings and being prepared! Thanks so much

I have loved my coaching experience…

I have loved my coaching experience with Vegan Coaching - the team and my coach (Chazz) have helped to empower me with he knowledge and mindset to help me achieve my goals. I have been vegan for 3 years and struggled to get my diet (in particular) right. For anyone who is motivated to get their vegan lifestyle working for them, I highly recommend!

Amazing program, wonderful team and community

Before joining the program I felt sluggish, exhausted and had a lot of problems with bloating. Physically I was in probably the worst shape of my life - leading a very sedentary life for more than a year. I felt quite bad about myself and ended up burning out just before joining the program. Trusting my body was very hard as I would feel soreness and pain even just when having to assemble furniture or carry groceries, which was depressing.

Via the program, coaching, and learning I was able to achieve a huge mindset shift in terms of my self-care, prioritizing my wellbeing and investing in myself for the first time ever (in such a big way). I managed to put my needs first by following the meal plan I was given, the workouts and the extremely valuable expert-advice the coaches had for me. I lost about 5 kg of fat and now after 3 months and a half I feel stronger than ever! I can see a lot more defined muscles, my abs started to show but most importantly I feel strong, confident and full of energy! No more sluggishness, I feel very good most of the time and rarely have any digestion issues. I used to have an issue with overeating and binge eating which stopped completely with the program (the meals are so filling!).

The impact of this program has positive ripple effects throughout all aspects of my life. When I am in good shape and feel good about myself, relationships, goals, work etc. seem more manageable (instead of overwhelming) and feel like opportunities to grow.

I wholeheartedly recommend this program as it is a well worth investment for the rest of your life. It teaches you knowledge, habits and a mindset which can last forever and evolve with you and your goals.

I think that committing to this program takes hard work but can yield amazing results: the more you give the more progress you make. It's not just about getting a certain body aesthetic but learning how to optimize plant-based nutrition to be a better, stronger version of yourself which then fuels your confidence and energy to do more in your life.

I wanted to sustainably incorporate sports, nutrition and a healthy lifestyle and that's exactly what I got.
